Enterprise Risk Management Consulting.

From risk evidenceto committee decisions.

Evidranta AI helps enterprise risk teams run the full engagement in one place—from verifying scope and independence to mapping evidence, rating risk against appetite, testing controls, and preparing committee packs. AI supports each step by extracting evidence, flagging gaps and exceptions, and suggesting the next action, while your team keeps the judgment. This helps teams work faster, stay aligned, and bring decisions to the committee with greater confidence.

Seven modules, one platformEngagement Intake

The operations view

One command center for every risk engagement.

Evidranta AI brings the most important activity into one clear dashboard, from active engagements and evidence readiness to residual exposure and action closure. AI continuously reads incoming information, explains each risk movement, and shows where exposure sits against appetite. Teams can track control coverage, resolve exceptions, and keep every engagement connected from the first request through the final committee decision.

  • 6 hrs

    weekly per risk analyst

    Evidence prep

Teams lose hours pulling facts from registers, policies and audit reports before fieldwork. Scope & Evidence reads uploads, maps them to risks and controls, and surfaces gaps so testing starts ready.

  • 2:1

    desk vs client

    Coordination load

Chasing status and owner attestations in threads eats partner time. The dashboard shows active engagements, risk movement and action closure so everyone shares the same picture.

  • 34%

    late rework

    Committee pack risk

Committee packs still pick up last-minute fixes when reconciliation is informal. Committee Reporting checks ratings, KRIs and action counts against approved evidence before the pack goes out.

  • 100%

    intake triaged

    Engagement intake

Requests slip when intake lives in email. Engagement Intake logs each one, checks conflicts, legal entities and data access, and moves it to scoping only when the checks are complete.

6 hrs, 2:1, 34% and 100% mirror the risk consulting operations benchmarks shown above — illustrative targets for an enterprise risk consulting workspace, not measured Evidranta AI customer results or a performance guarantee.

The whole operation

See how every step connects.

The same engagement record moves through each module — from intake and evidence through risk assessment, control testing, actions, committee reporting and settlement. Each section shows what your team does, what the AI prepares, and how one completed step sets up the next.

  • Engagement Intake

Verify the Engagement Before Fieldwork Begins

AI reads inbound requests, RFPs, NDAs, draft SOWs and regulator letters to prepare each engagement for review. It detects legal entities, data residency clauses and scope dependencies, while conflict, independence, data access and commercial checks show what must be cleared before the work moves to scoping.

    Evidranta AI: Engagement Intake
  • Scope & Evidence

Define the Perimeter and Prove the Source

Scope & Evidence sets the legal entities, business processes and risk domains under assessment, then maps source files to risks and controls. AI reads registers, board packs, control matrices and audit reports, flags unsigned, stale or missing evidence, and tracks outstanding requests with the client.

    Evidranta AI: Scope & Evidence
  • Risk Assessment

    Calibrate Exposure Against Appetite

Work each risk from statement through inherent exposure, control effectiveness, residual exposure and treatment. AI ties cause, event, impact and existing controls back to source evidence, positions the risk against appetite, and drafts the rationale for owner review while the rating stays with your team.

    Evidranta AI: Risk Assessment
  • Control Assurance

Test Whether Key Controls Really Work

Control Assurance takes each control from population and sample through evidence inspection, exceptions and reviewer conclusion. AI assembles the workpaper, reconciles the population to source records, checks samples for support, and records design and operating effectiveness for independent sign-off.

    Evidranta AI: Control Assurance
  • Actions & Acceptance

Close Findings or Accept Them on the Record

Track every finding from management response through remediation, evidence review and closure. AI flags overdue actions and checks closure evidence against the required outcome, while residual-risk acceptances capture rationale, compensating controls, expiry and approver, and escalate when they exceed team authority.

    Evidranta AI: Actions & Acceptance
  • Committee Reporting

    Prepare Decision-Ready Committee Packs

Committee Reporting reconciles approved risk evidence into board and risk committee packs. AI checks that ratings, KRI data and action counts match source records, drafts material movements and appetite breaches, sets out the decisions requested, and keeps a log of what the committee decided.

    Evidranta AI: Committee Reporting
  • Delivery & Settlement

    Close Every Engagement With Confidence

Delivery & Settlement verifies accepted deliverables, completes the handover and reconciles the commercial closeout. AI compares delivered work with the SOW and approved change orders, flags anything not ready to invoice, and prepares retention schedules, destruction certificates and lessons learned for records closure.

How it works

From risk information to daily action

One continuous line: work arrives the way it already does, Evidranta AI prepares what's next, and your team decides — across evidence, risk assessment, control assurance, and committee reporting.

Swipe through steps →

  • 01

    Start with your existing workflow

Keep using your risk registers, documents, calendars, and audit tools. Evidranta AI connects to what you already run — no forced process rewrite.

  • 02

    AI prepares the work

Incoming requests, registers, policies, and control records are read automatically. Evidence gaps, rating conflicts, and draft next steps are surfaced before your team has to assemble them by hand.

  • 03

    Your team stays in control

Partners and risk consultants decide on scope, ratings, conclusions, and escalations. Progress, exceptions, and acceptances stay on one engagement record through close-out.

Don’t settle for the AI your software chose.

Evidranta AI routes each evidence review, risk assessment, control testing and committee reporting step to the model family that fits — trend scoring, long reads, structured extraction, or a specialist engine — not whichever model shipped inside your last software purchase.

Connectivity

Your whole stack, connected.

Connects with the CRM, collaboration, document, data and signature systems your firm already runs on through documented APIs. Client records, source files, control evidence and status updates move into Evidranta AI — and back out — without repeated manual entry.

Note: Tool names and marks belong to their respective owners. No endorsement or partnership implied. Integration availability depends on your existing systems, licences, API access, security configuration and implementation scope.

Standards we support

Built for responsible risk consulting operations

Evidranta AI supports the risk management, privacy and governance frameworks risk consultancies and their clients work to. Compliance still rests on how your firm configures, governs and operates the platform.

Swipe through standards →

  • ISO 31000:2018

Supports the risk management process the guideline describes: Scope & Evidence sets the context and perimeter, Risk Assessment identifies, analyses and evaluates each risk against appetite, and Actions & Acceptance tracks treatment, residual‑risk acceptance and review.

  • COSO ERM (2017)

Supports the framework's performance, review and reporting practices: exposure is compared to appetite by risk domain, rating movements are explained with linked evidence, and Committee Reporting prepares reconciled packs with a decision log for oversight bodies.

  • ISO 20700:2017

Streamlines the consulting engagement lifecycle the guideline describes: Engagement Intake verifies conflicts, independence and delivery conditions, Scope & Evidence agrees what is covered, and Delivery & Settlement checks deliverables against what was agreed, through client acceptance and close‑out.

  • GDPR

Maintained directly as your processor: a data processing agreement (DPA), sub‑processor obligations and support for data‑subject requests. Client material is encrypted in transit and at rest, access-controlled and logged, and can stay inside your own VPC or on‑premises.

Note: These are standards the platform is built to support inside your workflows — obligations that fall on you as the licensee. They are not certifications held by us, and support in the product is not a substitute for your own counsel or compliance officer.

Add-ons

Extend Evidranta AI with hardware.

Connect compatible scanners and capture devices. Each has a named route into a module so captures land on the engagement record instead of being re-keyed.

Swipe through hardware →

  • Duplex Document Scanner

    TWAIN / eSCL → Scope & Evidence

High-speed scanner for digitizing signed policies, vendor due diligence files, control records, and committee minutes. Scanned files are indexed in the Scope & Evidence module for completeness checks and AI review.

  • Workshop Audio Capture System

USB / Bluetooth capture → Risk Assessment

Tabletop microphones and recorder for capturing risk workshops, control walkthroughs, and owner interviews. Audio can be transcribed and converted into evidence, exceptions, and actions on the engagement record.

Note: Hardware, installation, and integration are not included in the standard subscription. Additional charges apply based on the hardware selected, integration modules required, and implementation scope.

Our prices

One plan for the whole firm.

the whole firm

$200/mo

Evidranta AI runs on a single monthly subscription, covering every risk engagement your firm runs — from first request through evidence, risk assessment, control assurance, committee reporting and settlement.

Note: AI API usage is charged separately. Clients must recharge their AI credit balance based on their usage.
  • All seven modules included
  • Every engagement on one shared record
  • Cloud or private hosting

Onboarding is a separate one-time fee, set out below.

Onboarding

What your onboarding fee covers

A one-time setup that gets your firm fully live before the first monthly cycle — we bring in client records, risk registers, control libraries and past engagements, connect the tools partners already use, and configure Engagement Intake, Scope & Evidence, Risk Assessment, Control Assurance, Actions & Acceptance, Committee Reporting and Delivery & Settlement around how your practice actually runs. Each fee below is a starting point: the final onboarding is scoped once we understand your environment, security needs, integrations, data volume, compliance requirements and deployment model.

How it runs

Two ways to run Evidranta AI — same platform, same ongoing subscription price. Only the onboarding may differ by your requirements.

Cloud (SaaS)

Runs in Nestack's managed cloud — the fastest way to go live. We handle hosting, updates and scaling so your firm logs in and starts working; intake, evidence and risk assessment are live without infrastructure to stand up.

Private / self-hosted

The same platform deployed inside your own infrastructure — your cloud, VPC or on‑prem — for firms bound by strict client confidentiality. Engagement files, risk registers and assessment data never leave your environment, and the ongoing subscription price stays the same.

Common questions

Your questions. Answered plainly.

Bringing new software into a risk consulting firm raises fair questions. These are the ones partners and procurement ask before they commit.

Pricing

01What does it cost, and does the bill grow with our headcount?

One monthly subscription for the whole firm, at the rate shown in pricing above. It is not priced per seat or per module, so adding a risk consultant or opening another engagement does not change the subscription. All seven modules are included, from engagement intake through committee reporting and settlement.

02What will we pay on top of the subscription?

Three things, so your budget request holds up. Onboarding is a one-time fee starting from $1,000+, scoped to your data, security and integrations. AI usage is charged separately: you recharge an AI credit balance based on what your teams use, so it rises and falls with engagement volume. Hardware, installation and integration work are charged only if you choose them.

Value

03We already run on spreadsheets, email and SharePoint. Why add another platform?

Because those tools leave your team holding the engagement together by hand: registers in spreadsheets, evidence in shared drives, owner attestations chased over email, and committee numbers reconciled the night before the pack goes out. Evidranta AI keeps one engagement record from first request to settlement, and connects to the document, collaboration and data systems you already use, subject to your licences and API access.

04Where should we expect to see the return, and how soon?

We aim to have you live before your first full monthly cycle. Watch three things from there: how long intake takes to reach an agreed scope, how many stale, unsigned or missing documents surface before fieldwork rather than during it, and how much rework a committee pack needs. The figures on this page are illustrative, not guarantees, so bring your own baseline to the demo and we will look at it with you.

Risk

05If the AI gets a rating wrong, who is accountable?

Your team, and the product is built around that. Evidranta AI drafts and flags, while ratings, control conclusions, risk acceptances and committee narrative stay with your people. Each output links back to its source evidence, so a reviewer can check it rather than take it on trust. AI output can be incomplete or wrong and should be reviewed before anyone relies on it.

06Is client data safe in your cloud, and can we host it ourselves?

In our managed cloud, client material is access-controlled, encrypted in transit and at rest, and logged. We support GDPR processor obligations, including a DPA, sub-processor terms and data-subject requests. We are not ISO/IEC 27001 certified, so tell us early if your clients require that. Where NDAs or client contracts demand it, the same product runs in your VPC or on-premises at the same monthly subscription; onboarding scope may differ.

07Do you use our engagements or client names to train AI?

No. Evidranta AI does not use your engagement files or client identities to train foundation models, and it does not repurpose confidential client work.

08Does using it make us compliant with ISO 31000 or COSO ERM?

No software can do that for you. The platform is built to support these standards inside your workflows, but the obligations stay with you as the licensee. They are not certifications we hold, and the product does not replace your own counsel or compliance officer.

Support

09How do we go from interested to live?

Start with a free, no-obligation walkthrough, shown on the kind of engagements your practice actually runs. Then agree cloud or private deployment and an onboarding tier, and we configure your workspace with the aim of being live before your first full monthly cycle.

10How much help will our team get during rollout?

It depends on your onboarding tier. Essential covers the kickoff workshop, workspace roles, import of active clients and engagements, and a go-live readiness review. Plus adds live training for partners and delivery teams with recordings to keep, along with CRM and document integration. Enterprise adds phased multi-office rollout, SSO and a named onboarding lead with an agreed go-live date.
