Add-ons
Add the hardware your workflow needs.
Most of what the platform reads still starts on physical assets, sensors, or shop-floor paperwork. These are standard, off-the-shelf peripherals and industrial sensors from third-party manufacturers — not proprietary or own-branded hardware. We enrol them against your workspace so each one streams into the module that already handles its output.

Same subscription either way — onboarding may vary by requirements.
Cloud (SaaS)
Runs in Nestack’s managed cloud — the fastest way to go live, with hosting, scaling and updates handled for you.
Private / self-hosted
The same platform deployed inside your own infrastructure — your cloud, VPC or on-prem — so sensor, quality and maintenance data never leaves your environment. Built for data-sensitive OEM and reliability teams.

From live vibration and thermal thresholds through correlated cases, tool sync, crew dispatch, and closed compliance records — one industry playbook end to end.
Your manufacturing AI agents, run like production systems.
Not chatbots bolted onto a dashboard. Agents built around shop floor workflows, documented APIs, and operational handoffs — with production guardrails from day one.
Manufacturing agents are catalogued on nestackagents.com. Tool names and marks belong to their respective owners.
Connectivity
Your whole stack, connected.
Forgeqor AI connects to the monitoring, inventory, ticketing, and field-service systems your factory already runs — through public, documented APIs — so data moves through intake, prediction, dispatch, and close-out without re-keying. 17 integrations across 6 workflow groups.

FAQ
Questions from the shop floor
What Forgeqor AI predicts, the signals it reads, how confident each alert is, and where the work goes once an asset is flagged.
Forgeqor AI connects the manufacturing job from intake to delivery. It turns RFQs, POs, drawings and BOMs into structured data, helps build quotes, forecasts material shortages, optimizes production, plans maintenance, monitors machine health, supports technician investigations, reviews quality findings and gives customer teams the factory context behind delivery or quality issues.
What data does it need to run?
Forgeqor combines three types of factory data: machine signals such as vibration, motor current, spindle RMS, temperature and cycle variance; operational data from ERP, MES, CMMS and inventory systems; and manufacturing documents such as RFQs, POs, drawings, BOMs, specifications and technician feedback. Each module uses the same connected factory context instead of working from isolated data.
How does Inventory Forecasting know when material will run short?
It compares current stock, allocated material and incoming purchase orders against projected production demand. BOM requirements, active orders, supplier lead times and expected consumption are used to calculate when available material falls below what upcoming jobs require. Forgeqor then surfaces the projected shortage date, supply gap and recommended reorder quantity before the shortage reaches production.
How does Production Optimization decide when to move a job?
The production plan considers job priority, machine availability, material readiness, changeover time, maintenance windows and machine-health risk. If a machine becomes a risk to the schedule, Forgeqor can recommend a different sequence or machine assignment, show the expected effect on throughput and delivery, and send the revised plan for planner approval before execution.
What happens when Forgeqor predicts a machine problem?
The machine is ranked by health, anomaly score, confidence and estimated time-to-failure. That risk can feed Maintenance Scheduling to find a suitable service window and Maintenance AI Assistant to guide the technician through the investigation. Sensor evidence, work-order history, proposed checks and the final maintenance decision stay attached to the same issue across shifts.
Does Forgeqor make production decisions automatically?
Not for critical factory actions. Forgeqor can automatically extract documents, detect anomalies, build forecasts and rank recommendations, but production changes, maintenance decisions, purchasing actions, quality dispositions and customer commitments can remain human-controlled. The AI explains what it recommends and why, while the responsible operator, planner or reviewer approves, modifies or rejects the action.
Does it replace our ERP, MES or CMMS?
No. Forgeqor is designed to connect with the systems already running the factory. ERP, MES, CMMS, inventory platforms and machine-data sources can continue as the systems of record while Forgeqor brings their information into a shared operational context. Manufacturers can start with files or read-only connections and add real-time integrations or controlled writeback later.
How does AI Quality Inspection fit into the workflow?
Quality inspection uses part images, inspection requirements and production context to identify potential defects and present the finding with severity, confidence and model rationale. Reviewers can accept the finding, reject it or create an NCR, while the result can also feed maintenance investigations and customer-support cases when a quality issue has wider production or delivery impact.
How do Customer Support Agents use factory data?
Customer Support Agents work from production, maintenance and quality context instead of responding from a disconnected ticket. When a customer asks about a delivery, inspection or quality issue, Forgeqor can gather the relevant factory records, prepare a response draft and keep it behind the required approval step before anything is sent to the customer.
How do we try it on our own production environment?
Book a demo and choose the workflows most relevant to your operation — from document intake and quoting through inventory, production, maintenance, quality and customer support. We can walk through those workflows using the types of machines, jobs and manufacturing data your team actually works with. Start here.
