Move Every Transaction from Opportunity to Execution

Nulqevra AI brings opportunity sourcing, engagement setup, document review, due diligence, financial analysis, valuation, and transaction execution into one connected advisory platform. AI helps qualify opportunities, extract and organize transaction data, identify missing evidence and risks, analyze financial performance, test valuation assumptions, and monitor execution milestones so advisers can move each engagement forward with clearer evidence and less manual work.

Opportunity Sourcing

Find and Qualify the Right Opportunities

Capture new inquiries, referrals, company profiles, buyer requirements, and potential transaction opportunities in one workspace. AI reads the incoming information, identifies the transaction type, extracts key company and financial details, checks data completeness, and helps match suitable buyers or targets based on sector, size, geography, and transaction fit.

Nulqevra AI — Opportunity Sourcing
Engagement Setup

Set Up Every Engagement with the Right Scope

Turn a qualified opportunity into an active advisory engagement by defining the client, target, objectives, timeline, team, and information requirements. AI helps prepare the engagement summary, suggests relevant workstreams and objectives, recommends the team structure, and identifies the documents needed before the engagement moves forward.

Nulqevra AI — Engagement Setup
Document Review

Organize and Review Every Transaction Document

Bring financial statements, contracts, customer data, debt schedules, tax records, board materials, and other transaction files into one review process. AI classifies each document, extracts important information, identifies missing or duplicate items, checks completeness, and highlights key clauses or fields that require further review.

Nulqevra AI — Document Review
Due Diligence

Review the Evidence and Identify Key Risks

Investigate the financial, legal, commercial, operational, and tax evidence behind the transaction. AI helps detect missing information, unusual financial movements, customer concentration, contract issues, and other exceptions, then turns those findings into focused review items and diligence questions for the advisory team.

Nulqevra AI — Due Diligence
Financial Analysis

Turn Reviewed Data into Clear Financial Insights

Analyze revenue, EBITDA, margins, customer concentration, working capital, net debt, cash flow, and other transaction metrics using validated information from the diligence process. AI identifies significant variances, unusual trends, possible adjustments, and financial risks, helping advisers focus on the numbers and assumptions that materially affect the transaction.

Nulqevra AI — Financial Analysis
Valuation Review

Review the Business Value Across Different Scenarios

Bring normalized financial results, valuation assumptions, comparable companies, transaction multiples, and scenario outputs into one review workspace. AI helps identify relevant comparables, test assumptions, run valuation sensitivities, and highlight the inputs that have the greatest impact on enterprise and equity value.

Nulqevra AI — Valuation Review
Transaction Execution

Keep the Transaction Moving Through Closing

Track milestones, key tasks, related documents, regulatory actions, open risks, and closing requirements from negotiation through completion. AI monitors dependencies, identifies overdue or high-risk items, compares execution status against the transaction plan, and highlights the issues most likely to delay signing or closing.

Nulqevra AI — Transaction Execution
how it works

From Opportunity to Transaction Completion

Nulqevra AI connects the complete advisory workflow in one continuous process — from opportunity sourcing and engagement setup to document review, due diligence, financial analysis, valuation, and transaction execution. AI prepares, checks, and analyzes the information at each stage, carries the structured output forward, and keeps advisers in control of reviews, approvals, and final decisions.

  1. 01qualify

    Start with the Right Opportunity

Capture new inquiries, company profiles, referrals, buyer requirements, and potential transaction opportunities. AI identifies the transaction type, extracts key company and financial details, checks completeness, and helps match suitable buyers or targets before the engagement is accepted.

  2. 02analyze

Prepare the Evidence and Build the Analysis

Set up the engagement, request the required information, and bring financial statements, contracts, customer data, debt schedules, tax records, and other documents into one review process. AI classifies and extracts the documents, identifies missing information and risks, supports due diligence, and turns verified evidence into financial analysis and valuation inputs.

  3. 03execute

Review the Value and Move to Closing

Use the reviewed financial analysis to test valuation scenarios, compare assumptions, manage milestones, and track transaction requirements through approval and closing. AI highlights valuation changes, open risks, delayed dependencies, and unresolved items while advisers approve the final conclusions and transaction decisions.

traditional saas vs Nulqevra AI

Don’t settle for the AI
your software chose.

Most deal platforms ship one model and your team works inside its limits. Nulqevra AI puts an orchestration layer between the workflow and the model, so each diligence task runs on the intelligence that suits it.

standards we support

Built for Responsible Deal Advisory

Mandates run under antitrust, accounting, internal-control and data-protection rules. Nulqevra AI keeps the evidence those rules ask for on one deal record. Compliance itself still rests on how your firm configures, governs and operates the platform.

swipe for all 4 →

  • HSR Act

    Hart-Scott-Rodino Antitrust Improvements Act of 1976 (15 U.S.C. §18a)

Transaction Execution tracks the premerger filing and regulatory-approval milestones against the target close date, with the supporting deal documents on the same record. Reportability and the filing itself remain with the parties and their antitrust counsel.

  • FASB ASC 805

Financial Accounting Standards Board Accounting Standards Codification Topic 805 — Business Combinations

Valuation Review and Financial Analysis keep the fair-value inputs behind an acquisition — comparables, DCF assumptions and the weighted enterprise value — traceable to source, supporting the acquirer's acquisition-method accounting.

  • SOX §404

Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002, Section 404 — Management Assessment of Internal Control over Financial Reporting

Due Diligence and Financial Analysis evidence each finding on a target's financial reporting — reconciliations, variances, control gaps — so a public acquirer can scope the internal-control work it inherits after closing.

  • GDPR

EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679)

Payrolls, customer lists and employee contracts in a data room are personal data. Document Review flags them, access is scoped per engagement, and private deployment keeps them in your environment — supporting data minimisation (Art. 5) and a documented lawful basis (Art. 6).

Note: Nulqevra AI provides technical capabilities that support these standards and requirements. It is not itself certified against them, it does not independently certify your firm as compliant, and it does not replace legal, antitrust or accounting advice. Availability may depend on product configuration, configured integrations and customer operating practices.

add-ons

Add the hardware your workflow needs.

Generic, third-party equipment — chosen by function, not by brand — that connects to Nulqevra AI through supported drivers and integrations and sends what it captures straight into a named module.

Physical Document Capture

Digitise paper-based transaction records such as signed agreements, financial statements, board materials, lender documents, tax records, and restructuring files before they enter the advisory workflow. Scanned pages are converted into searchable digital documents, then passed into Document Review where AI can classify the file, extract key information, identify missing pages or fields, and link the evidence to the correct engagement.

onboarding

What your onboarding fee covers

A one-time setup that gets your advisory practice fully live before the first monthly cycle — we bring in your active engagements, past QoE reports and precedent library, connect the deal room and financial-model stores your partners already work in, and configure sourcing, diligence, analysis and execution around how your practice actually runs. Each fee below is a starting point: the final onboarding is scoped once we understand your environment, security needs, integrations, data volume, compliance requirements and deployment model.

how it runs

Two ways to run Nulqevra AI

Same platform, same ongoing subscription price. Only the onboarding may differ by your requirements.

Cloud (SaaS)

Runs in Nestack's managed cloud — we handle hosting, scaling, updates and backups. The fastest way to start: sourcing, engagement setup and the deal file are live without any infrastructure to stand up.

Private / self-hosted

The same platform deployed inside your own cloud, VPC or on-prem environment, for firms bound by strict client confidentiality and deal-team ethical walls. Data-room contents, diligence workpapers and valuation models never leave your environment, and the monthly subscription stays exactly the same.

common questions

Your questions. Answered plainly.

Before you subscribe, managing partners and deal leads want clarity on cost, risk, payback and rollout. These answers are written for that conversation — not a module tour.

01What does the monthly subscription actually include?
One practice-wide subscription covers all eight modules — Dashboard, Opportunity Sourcing, Engagement Setup, Document Review, Due Diligence, Financial Analysis, Valuation Review and Transaction Execution — across every mandate you run. There are no per-module add-ons and no per-deal fees on the page price: partners, VPs and analysts work on the same deal record, from first inquiry to closing.
02Is pricing per seat, per deal or per firm?
Per practice. It is one monthly subscription, shown in the pricing section above — not a per-seat calculator and not a success fee that grows with deal size. You can add analysts during a crunch or staff up a restructuring team without re-negotiating the licence.
03What does onboarding cost, and why is it separate?
Onboarding is a one-time fee — Essential from $1,000+, Plus from $2,500+, Enterprise from $5,000+ — scoped once we understand your data room, CRM, models and security requirements. It covers importing live engagements and past QoE work, connecting your systems and configuring each module, so your first monthly cycle is live deal work, not setup.
04We already run deals on Excel, email and a virtual data room. Why add another tool?
Because none of those hold the deal together. Diligence requests live in email, findings live in Excel, and nobody can see which open item threatens the close date until a partner asks. Nulqevra AI sits over the tools you keep: it reads the data room, extracts the numbers, links every finding to its source page and tracks signing to closing — so your team stops re-keying and starts reviewing.
05How quickly will our deal team see value?
On the first live mandate after go-live. The earliest gains are in the grind — document review, data extraction, missing-item chases and first-draft findings — which is where analysts lose nights during diligence. Most practices start with Document Review, Due Diligence and Financial Analysis, then switch on sourcing, valuation and execution as teams are ready.
06Can we rely on AI output in a client deliverable?
Only after your people approve it — that is how the platform is built. AI drafts findings, adjustments and comparables with a confidence score and a link to the page they came from; low-confidence items go to a reviewer queue. Nothing reaches a buyer, lender or board without a named reviewer signing off, so the partner's judgement stays where it belongs.
07Is confidential deal data safe in your cloud?
Access is scoped per engagement, so deal teams only see the mandates they are staffed on, and every view, upload and change is logged. Personal data in the data room — payrolls, customer lists, employee contracts — is flagged in Document Review. Your deal data is not used to train shared AI models.
08Can we run it inside our own environment for strict NDAs and ethical walls?
Yes. The same platform can be deployed in your own cloud, VPC or on-prem environment, so data-room contents, workpapers and valuation models never leave your infrastructure. The monthly subscription is the same either way; only the onboarding scope changes.
09What support do we get during rollout and after?
Onboarding includes live training for partners, deal leads and analysts, with recordings for new joiners; Plus adds a dedicated onboarding specialist and Enterprise a named onboarding manager with a set go-live date. After go-live you have a direct line to the Nestack team at info@nestack.com for questions, configuration changes and new deal types.
10What is the path from demo to subscribed?
Book a demo and we walk through the modules you choose on a deal like yours. Then we agree deployment (cloud or private), the onboarding tier and integrations. Once onboarding is scoped and signed, we configure the workspace and aim for live-readiness before your first monthly cycle — so subscription day is the start of live deal work, not a blank login.
