Partivanta AI runs the shop end to end — vehicle intake and triage, evidence-backed diagnostics, fitment-checked estimating, capacity-aware dispatch, service execution with QC, checkout reconciliation, and predicted maintenance windows — on one set of live dashboards your advisors and technicians already share.
The Dashboard is the first screen your service manager opens. It reads today’s vehicle load, labor utilization by bay, the approval rate on live estimates, and on-time completion against the promised window — then narrates the next actions to hold the day: expediting parts for a delayed calibration, sending the approval reminder that’s been sitting for an hour, reserving a technician for brake QC.

The Nestack automotive suite
Built for every corner of automotive.
Automotive operations move differently in every field, with unique teams, workflows, documents, and decisions. Your tools should be built to work the way your industry does.
Partivanta AI is not a bolt-on tool sitting beside the shop management system — the intake record follows the car through diagnostics, estimating, parts, dispatch, service and predicted maintenance without anyone retyping it.
app.partivanta.ai/intakeLIVE · INTAKE
Intake — Partivanta AIIntake
Intake
A triaged repair order before the tech opens the hood
The moment a car checks in, the concern goes through AI Triage Suggestion — a grinding-at-low-speed complaint resolves to System: Brakes, Condition: Low-speed braking, Symptom: Grinding noise with 94% confidence, and the customer's original words are kept alongside the structured fields.
The Vehicle History rail loads recalls, deferred work and prior service — one deferred rear-brake recommendation from March 2025 is already flagged — so the advisor sends the ticket to Diagnostics with the possible-cause area (front brake pads / rotors) attached.
app.partivanta.ai/diagnosticsLIVE · DIAGNOSTICS
Diagnostics — Partivanta AIDiagnostics
Diagnostics
Every finding earns its place on the evidence path
Concern → Scan & Codes → Tests → Measurements → Analysis → Findings — the workbench walks the technician through it in that order, with stored DTCs (P0A21, C1187, U0121) surfaced against the system diagram and the AI Diagnostic Assistant sitting at 91% evidence relevance.
The next test appears on the path with a Suggested Next Steps card — inspect the front wheel speed sensor wiring, check resistance, verify signal output — and nothing is declared a failure until the technician marks the finding confirmed.
app.partivanta.ai/estimatingLIVE · ESTIMATING
Estimating — Partivanta AIEstimating
Estimating
A priced, approvable estimate with every check passed
Recommended Services are grouped by priority — Immediate, Recommended, Monitor — with labour hours, parts count, price and margin all live. AI Estimate Check runs on the side: labour operations complete, parts fitment verified, margin within target range, and a review-flagged related service the composer surfaced from the finding.
Shop supplies, environmental fee and tax roll into the estimate summary at the bottom, so the number the advisor sends the customer is the number the invoice will match when the repair completes.
And the shop floor the ticket has to move across.
Parts, dispatch, service execution and the maintenance plan share one record — no separate spreadsheet, no second entry.
app.partivanta.ai/partsLIVE · PARTS
Parts — Partivanta AIParts
Parts
Sourcing walks Vehicle Configuration → Required Parts → Featured Parts Options with a fitment-confidence score on each candidate, live supplier availability and a Show-compatible-only toggle — so the parts desk stops guessing between two near-identical SKUs.
app.partivanta.ai/dispatchLIVE · DISPATCH
Dispatch — Partivanta AIDispatch
Dispatch
Shop Dispatch reads 18 active repair orders across Ready → Assigned → In Service → Blocked → QC lanes, watches Technicians On Duty and Total Labor Capacity, and calls out blockers waiting on parts before the promise time slips.
app.partivanta.ai/serviceLIVE · SERVICE
Service — Partivanta AIService
Service
The service record follows authorized work through Ready → In Service → Verification → QC → Complete, with a live service timer, parts used, and required QC checks (road test, post-repair scan, brake pedal feel) enforced before the ticket can close.
app.partivanta.ai/maintenanceLIVE · MAINTENANCE
Maintenance — Partivanta AIMaintenance
Maintenance
The maintenance timeline plots completed service, measured wear and AI-predicted future windows against mileage — 88,000 mi oil change due, 102,000 mi brake-fluid service, 110,000 mi coolant — with an AI Insights panel calling out tire wear trending 2–4 weeks earlier than expected.
How it works
Three moves from the drop-off lane to the invoice.
Partivanta AI sits across the whole job — the write-up at the door, the evidence chain that backs the estimate, the bay plan that gets the car out, and the maintenance window that brings it back. Same record, start to finish.
01
Step one — intake & diagnostics
Check the car in, prove the finding
The customer's words — "shudders at 60", "grinding on the left front" — hit Partivanta AI at the door and come out structured: system, condition, symptom, possible-cause area. The vehicle history rail loads recalls, deferred work and prior service against the VIN so nothing is missed.
Diagnostics walks the technician down the evidence path — scan codes, targeted tests, measurements, analysis — and no failure is declared until a finding is confirmed against real readings.
AI Triage Suggestion structures the concern with a confidence score
Stored DTCs, freeze-frame data and live PIDs pinned to the finding
Deferred work and prior repairs surfaced before the tech is dispatched
02
Step two — estimate & parts
Price the work, source the part
The Estimate Composer converts confirmed findings into repair packages — labour hours from your flat-rate book, parts at your supplier pricing, shop supplies and tax rolled in — and the AI Estimate Check runs quiet-fitment, margin and duplicate-operation checks before the number leaves the shop.
Parts Sourcing walks Vehicle Configuration → Required Parts → Featured Options with fitment-confidence scores and live supplier availability, so the ETA the advisor promises is the ETA the parts desk can hit.
Fitment auto-filtered against year, make, model, engine and trim
Estimate versioned against the VIN, not a loose PDF
03
Step three — dispatch, service & maintenance
Run the bay, close the loop
Shop Dispatch reads bay time, technician skill and parts readiness, so a two-hour job doesn't land in a forty-minute slot and a delayed calibration doesn't quietly slip its promise time. Service execution enforces QC — road test, post-repair scan, brake-pedal feel — before the ticket is allowed to complete.
Once the RO closes, Maintenance forecasting turns the measured wear and mileage velocity into the vehicle's next service windows, and the reminder is queued back to the advisor.
Jobs scheduled against actual bay, lift and technician availability
Required QC evidence enforced at the ticket, not on a paper checklist
Predicted maintenance windows sit on the same VIN record

Compliance
The standards a service shop is held to.
Refrigerant handling, chemical hazard communication, used-oil disposal, ECU reprogramming access and written warranty disclosure are all audited at the shop, not at head office. Partivanta AIkeeps the evidence on the repair order as the work happens.
EPA §609
Clean Air Act Section 609 — Motor Vehicle Air Conditioning Refrigerant Handling
Governs who may service vehicle A/C and how refrigerant is recovered. Every A/C repair order logs the technician's Section 609 certification and the recovery record on the ticket.
29 CFR 1910.1200
OSHA Hazard Communication Standard
Requires labels and safety data sheets for every chemical on the shop floor. Shop solvents, brake cleaners and oils resolve to their current SDS inside the Service workflow.
40 CFR 279
EPA Standards for the Management of Used Oil (RCRA)
Sets how used oil, filters and hazardous waste are stored, labelled and hauled away. Every oil service logs container, volume and transporter against the repair order at Checkout.
SAE J2534
SAE J2534 Pass-Thru Vehicle ECU Reprogramming
The standard interface for reflashing vehicle control modules. Diagnostics records each pass-thru session and the OEM subscription reference against the vehicle history.
Magnuson-Moss
FTC Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act (15 U.S.C. §2301)
Governs written repair authorizations and warranty disclosures at the service counter. Estimating and Checkout capture the customer's signed authorization the Act requires.
Note: These are standards the platform is built to support inside your workflows — obligations that fall on you as the licensee. They are not certifications held by us, and support in the product is not a substitute for your own counsel or compliance officer.
Hardware
First-party kit for the shop floor.
We build the companion devices too. Each one arrives pre-paired with your Partivanta AI workspace and streams straight into a named dashboard module, so what happens in the bay reaches the repair order without anyone typing it in.
Partivanta Bay OBD Reader
Clips into the vehicle's OBD-II port the moment it rolls in and streams live DTCs, freeze-frame data and sensor telemetry over Bluetooth into your Diagnostics workspace — the ticket opens with the fault codes already on it.
Partivanta Charging System Sensor
A clamp-on 12V sensor that reads battery state-of-health, cold-cranking amps and alternator load at Intake, then pushes each reading straight into the Diagnostics evidence path — no paper form, no manual entry.
Partivanta Tread Depth Probe
Handheld wireless probe that captures tire tread depth per wheel position and syncs the measurements to the vehicle's Intake record, so the Estimating quote is ready with tire evidence before the advisor sends it.
Note: Hardware, installation, and integration are not included in the standard subscription. Additional charges apply based on the hardware selected, integration modules required, and implementation scope.

FAQ
Questions from the service drive.
What Partivanta AI does across intake, diagnostics, estimating, parts and dispatch — and what it expects from the shop you already run.
Still something specific to your floor? Book a demo and ask it on the call.
What is included in the Partivanta AI subscription?
Your subscription gives your team access to the complete Partivanta AI workflow — Dashboard, Intake, Diagnostics, Estimating, Parts, Dispatch, Service, Checkout, and Maintenance. The goal is to give the service drive, technicians, parts team, and shop management one connected operating workflow rather than charging you separately every time work moves to another part of the repair order.
How is the subscription priced?
Pricing is based on the operating setup you need, including factors such as shop size, locations, workflow requirements, and integrations. We confirm the exact monthly subscription before you commit, so you know what is included and what it will cost. There are no surprise module charges added after the workflow has been agreed.
Do I need to replace my current shop-management system?
No. You do not have to rip out the system your shop already depends on just to start using Partivanta AI. We can configure the platform around your existing workflow and determine what should stay in your current system, what should run in Partivanta AI, and where information needs to move between them. A full replacement can be considered separately if that is what your operation actually needs.
How quickly can we get the platform running?
That depends on the number of locations, integrations, data sources, and workflow changes involved. A straightforward shop setup can move much faster than a multi-location operation with several existing systems. Before the subscription starts, we scope the rollout with you and establish what needs to be configured, connected, tested, and approved so your team knows what implementation will involve.
Will this actually save my service advisors and technicians time?
That is where Partivanta AI is designed to create value. Advisors spend less time re-entering customer concerns, rebuilding estimates, checking parts across disconnected screens, chasing approvals, and working out where a repair order is stuck. Technicians get the concern, diagnostic evidence, authorized work, parts status, and QC requirements in the same repair context. The result you should measure is less administrative handling around each repair order and more productive time on actual service work.
How do we know whether it is paying for itself?
Partivanta AI makes the operating impact measurable. You can track estimate approval, labor utilization, repair-order cycle time, parts delays, on-time completion, deferred work, comeback activity, and other agreed shop KPIs before and after rollout. That lets you evaluate the subscription against improvements in throughput, recovered technician time, approved work, and customer retention instead of relying on an AI feature count.
What happens when the AI gets something wrong?
The AI assists the workflow; it does not replace the person responsible for the repair. Diagnostic suggestions remain suggestions until a technician verifies the evidence. Estimate recommendations can be reviewed before they reach the customer. Fitment exceptions are surfaced for confirmation, and maintenance forecasts show the information behind the prediction. Your team stays in control of decisions that affect diagnosis, authorization, parts, repair, and vehicle release.
Can we use it across multiple shops?
Yes. Partivanta AI is designed to support operations beyond a single service drive. Each location can run its own vehicles, repair orders, technicians, bays, parts activity, and daily workload while authorized management can see performance across locations. Configuration can also account for differences such as labor rates, bay capacity, staffing, and operating processes between shops.
What support do we get after we subscribe?
Support does not stop when the platform goes live. We help with onboarding, configuration, workflow questions, and issues that affect day-to-day use. For integrations or larger operational changes, the required support and responsibilities are agreed during implementation so your service team knows exactly where to go when something needs attention.
Is our customer and vehicle data secure?
Customer, vehicle, repair-order, diagnostic, pricing, and service-history data can contain sensitive operational information, so access is controlled by the permissions configured for your deployment. During purchase and implementation, we can walk your team through the applicable hosting, access, retention, integration, backup, and security arrangements before you provide production data.
Do we have to move all our historical data before we start?
No. A large historical migration does not need to become a blocker to adoption. We can determine which records are actually useful to bring into Partivanta AI — such as active vehicles, open repair orders, service history, deferred work, parts information, or customer records — and phase additional history where it creates operational value.
Can we see it working with our shop process before we buy?
Yes. The most useful demo is based on how your operation actually runs. Show us your service flow, number of bays, technician structure, estimating process, parts workflow, and the systems you currently use. Where appropriate, sample or anonymized repair-order data can be used to demonstrate how the workflow would operate for your team before you make a subscription decision.
