The Nestack advertising & marketing suite

Built for every corner of advertising.

Design studios, creative agencies, marketing agencies and MarTech teams each run their work differently — different teams, briefs, approvals and deliverables. Qzalthryvex AI is one of a family of Nestack platforms, each built around the way its part of the industry actually works.

The end-to-end digital marketing workflow

FROM CLIENT BRIEFTO VERIFIED RESULTS,BILLING & CLOSEOUT.

Discover how Qzalthryvex AI connects the complete digital marketing lifecycle in one coordinated workflow. From extracting client requirements and planning media budgets to producing approved creatives, verifying campaign launches, monitoring performance, and validating qualified leads, every stage builds on the previous one. AI detects missing information, forecasts advertising spend, identifies performance risks, and reconciles campaign results with sales records and financial statements. Teams can track decisions, maintain approval evidence, and complete campaign handovers with greater accuracy and control.

Client Intake — Qzalthryvex AI
Client Intake

Turn Client Requests Into Verified Campaign Briefs.

Collect campaign briefs, brand guidelines, contracts, budgets and target audiences in one intake record. AI reads every document, extracts the objective, media budget, duration, lead target and geography, and flags missing or conflicting details, such as a brief and a draft SOW that disagree on duration, before the brief is verified for planning.

Campaign Planning — Qzalthryvex AI
Campaign Planning

Plan Every Channel Within the Approved Budget.

Allocate the verified media budget across paid search, paid social and display, set targets and schedules, and see every change against the approved ceiling. AI suggests allocations, compares baseline and proposed plans, estimates media and agency costs, and flags missing requirements or unrealistic assumptions before the plan goes for approval.

Creative Production — Qzalthryvex AI
Creative Production

Keep Every Ad Version On Brief and Approved.

Produce search ads, social creatives, banners, videos, emails and promotional messages from the approved plan. AI drafts copy variations, checks branding against the brief, flags missing disclaimers and compares each revision with the last client-approved version, so only approved creative moves on to launch.

Campaign Launch — Qzalthryvex AI
Campaign Launch

Verify Tracking and Client Sign-Off Before Ads Go Live.

Check the approved budget, creative version, final URL, tracking IDs and policy review on one launch checklist before ads publish to Google Ads or Meta Ads. AI compares test submissions with measurement data to catch a missing conversion event, broken URL or budget mismatch, and launch stays blocked until an authorized reviewer clears it.

Campaign Performance — Qzalthryvex AI
Campaign Performance

See Pacing Problems Before the Flight Ends.

Track spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, CPC, CPL, CTR and ROAS against the approved plan, by channel and by day. AI forecasts final spend, measures pacing variance, detects overspending, declining performance and tracking issues, and proposes adjustments that your team approves before any budget moves.

Lead Validation — Qzalthryvex AI
Lead Validation

Count Qualified Leads, Not Just Conversions.

Match advertising conversions with form submissions and the client's sales records to see which leads are genuine. AI detects duplicates, incomplete or inconsistent records and abnormal inquiries, suggests lead matches, and calculates verified cost per qualified lead beside raw cost per lead, while your team decides which leads are accepted.

Billing & Closeout — Qzalthryvex AI
Billing & Closeout

Reconcile Every Charge Before You Invoice.

Compare advertising platform statements with recorded media spend, agency fees and the authorized allowance. AI extracts billing details, flags variances and missing documents, proposes corrections for finance review, and drafts the final campaign report, so approved invoices, payment status and handover records close the engagement.

how it works

From client brief
to verified closeout

Qzalthryvex AI connects every stage of a digital marketing engagement in one workflow — from verifying client requirements and planning the media budget to producing approved creative, checking launch tracking, monitoring performance, validating qualified leads, and reconciling spend before invoicing. AI helps teams catch missing information early, keep each decision tied to its evidence, and close every campaign with verified results.

  1. 01
    client intake & campaign planning

Verify the Brief and Plan the Budget

Collect briefs, contracts, budgets and audience details, and resolve missing or conflicting requirements before planning starts. AI extracts the objective, media budget, duration and lead target, suggests channel allocations within the approved ceiling, and estimates media and agency costs for client approval.

  2. 02
    creative production & campaign launch

Approve Creative and Launch With Verified Tracking

Produce ad copy, banners, videos and emails from the approved plan, with every revision compared against the last client-approved version. Before ads publish, AI checks final URLs, conversion tracking, budgets and policy review, and launch stays blocked until an authorized reviewer clears it.

  3. 03
    campaign performance

Monitor Spend and Results Against the Plan

Track spend, clicks, conversions, CPC, CPL, CTR and ROAS against the approved plan by channel and by day. AI forecasts final spend, measures pacing variance and flags overspending, declining performance and tracking issues, and every budget adjustment is approved by your team before it applies.

  4. 04
    lead validation & billing

Validate Leads, Reconcile Spend, and Close

Match advertising conversions with CRM and sales records to confirm qualified leads and calculate verified cost per qualified lead. Then compare platform statements with recorded spend and agency fees, correct any variance, approve the invoice and hand over the final campaign report.

Traditional Marketing Tools vs. Intelligent Operations

Don’t settle for disconnected tools.
Bring every campaign, from brief to billing, into one platform.

Digital marketing agencies rely on separate tools for client briefs, media planning, creative production, ad platforms, analytics, CRM lead records, and invoicing. Qzalthryvex AI connects these activities in one coordinated workspace, using AI-assisted processing and supported integrations to keep campaign information, decisions, and results traceable.

Traditional Tools
Disconnected
Tools

Emails, spreadsheets, ad platforms, analytics dashboards, CRM systems, and accounting software often operate independently. Teams manually copy campaign requirements, chase creative approvals, check tracking, match conversions with leads, and reconcile platform charges with invoices across disconnected applications.

Qzalthryvex AI — Digital Marketing Operations

Connected campaign operations, from client brief to billing.

Qzalthryvex AI follows one chain of records. A verified client brief becomes an approved campaign plan, and the plan defines the creative that is produced and approved. Launch checks confirm tracking before ads go live, performance data feeds Lead Validation, and verified leads and platform spend feed Billing & Closeout, so the final invoice traces back to what was approved and what actually ran. AI assists at each step and people approve.

  • Client Intake and Campaign Planning: briefs and contracts become verified requirements, then approved channel budgets and targets
  • Creative Production and Campaign Launch: every ad version client-approved, then URLs, tracking and budgets verified before going live
  • Campaign Performance: spend, conversions and pacing tracked against the plan, with anomalies flagged for review
  • Lead Validation and Billing & Closeout: conversions matched to CRM records, platform charges reconciled and invoices approved

Standards we support

Built for Accountable
Advertising Operations

Qzalthryvex AI helps digital marketing agencies keep ad claims substantiated, endorsements disclosed and lead data controlled. Statutes, guidance and self-regulatory codes are different things, and each is shown for what it is. Every stage supports version-specific approvals, controlled access and the retention of evidence that disputes and audits rely on.

  • FTC ACT §5

    FTC Act, Section 5 — 15 U.S.C. §45 (US)

Objective product claims need supporting evidence before publication, and evidence gathered afterwards does not cure the original breach. Qzalthryvex AI links each claim to its substantiation in Creative Production, so a revised headline cannot ride on the approval of the earlier wording.

  • 16 CFR 255

FTC Endorsement Guides — 16 CFR Part 255 (US)

Influencer payments, gifts and other material connections may need a clear disclosure, and merely tagging the brand may not be enough. Qzalthryvex AI checks disclosure completeness and keeps the disclosure review with the exact creative version in Creative Production.

  • CPA 2019

Consumer Protection Act, 2019 — Sections 18 and 21, CCPA (India)

The CCPA can direct misleading advertisements to be discontinued or modified and impose penalties of up to ₹10 lakh, rising to ₹50 lakh for subsequent contraventions. Qzalthryvex AI keeps the claim, its evidence and the approver together for each ad version before Campaign Launch.

  • ASCI CODE

Advertising Standards Council of India Code (India, self-regulatory)

A self-regulatory code on honesty, truthfulness, decency and fair competition, separate from CCPA orders. Qzalthryvex AI records review findings and any withdrawal or correction, so the response to an ASCI complaint is documented in Creative Production.

  • GDPR

EU GDPR (Regulation 2016/679) and UK GDPR

Client contacts, approver identities, user accounts and the lead records matched against CRM data are personal data, and higher-tier infringements can reach €20 million or 4% of worldwide turnover. Qzalthryvex AI supports role-based access, controlled retention and traceable processing records across Client Intake, Lead Validation and Billing & Closeout.

Note: These are rules and standards the platform is built to support inside your workflows — obligations that fall on you as the licensee. They are not certifications held by us, and support in the product is not a substitute for your own counsel or compliance officer.

Where it runs

Cloud (SaaS)

Runs in Qzalthryvex AI’s managed cloud — the fastest way to start. We host, patch and scale the platform for you, so your account, media and finance teams are verifying briefs and reconciling campaigns from day one with nothing to stand up.

Private / self-hosted

The same platform deployed inside your own infrastructure — your cloud, VPC or on-prem — for agencies with sensitive client IP. Briefs, unreleased creative, rights records and billing data never leave your environment, and the recurring subscription stays the same.

Note: The subscription is identical on either model; only the onboarding scope differs by your security and deployment requirements.

FAQs

Before you subscribe.

01How does Qzalthryvex AI run a digital marketing campaign from client brief to final invoice?

Qzalthryvex AI connects seven modules — Client Intake, Campaign Planning, Creative Production, Campaign Launch, Campaign Performance, Lead Validation, and Billing & Closeout — with a Dashboard across all of them. Each module hands a verified output to the next: a verified brief becomes an approved plan, approved creative, a tracked launch, performance records, qualified leads and a reconciled invoice. AI prepares, checks and recommends; your team keeps final authority over spend, publication, lead acceptance and invoicing.

02What happens when the brief, the SOW and client emails disagree on budget, duration or lead targets?

Client Intake reads every uploaded document and compares the extracted fields side by side. If the campaign brief says 30 days and the draft SOW says 45, the conflict is flagged and the intake cannot be verified until someone corrects it or requests clarification. It also flags a common hold in agencies: verbal approval with no signed SOW, purchase order or documented authorization to spend.

03How does Campaign Planning keep the media budget separate from agency fees?

The plan records the media allowance, the agency management fee and any separately agreed creative or landing-page work as distinct lines, because media spend is not agency revenue — the client may pay platforms directly or reimburse media the agency buys. Channel scenarios can be compared, but a proposed allocation cannot exceed the client's authorized media ceiling, and the plan goes to the authorized client representative for approval.

04Can Qzalthryvex AI catch a broken conversion event or an ad disapproval before it costs the client money?

Before launch, Campaign Launch checks the final URL, UTM parameters, consent behaviour, form events and tags, then compares a test submission with what GA4 actually records; launch stays blocked until a missing event is resolved. After launch, Campaign Performance watches for sudden conversion drops — for example, a landing-page edit that leaves the form working but stops the conversion event firing — alongside policy status and spend pacing.

05Why do Google Ads, GA4 and the client's CRM report different lead numbers, and how are they reconciled?

Each system counts differently: platforms attribute conversions by their own rules, consent settings limit what analytics sees, and many submissions are duplicates or never qualify. Lead Validation matches advertising conversions with form submissions and CRM disposition records, flags duplicates and abnormal inquiries, and calculates verified cost per qualified lead using the client's documented qualification definition — so 180 recorded leads with 72 qualified shows a real CPQL, not just CPL.

06How are platform charges, credits and invalid-traffic adjustments reconciled before the client is invoiced?

Billing & Closeout compares advertising-platform billing statements with recorded media spend and the authorized allowance, and identifies refunds, advertising credits, invalid-traffic adjustments and other differences. Proposed corrections go to finance for review before the invoice is approved. The handover package includes the media expenditure statement, performance report and lead reconciliation, and payment is tracked separately, since client acceptance and payment are different events.

07Which ad, analytics, CRM and accounting platforms can Qzalthryvex AI connect with?

The planned integrations cover Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads; Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Search Console and BigQuery; HubSpot and Salesforce for lead records; QuickBooks Online and Xero for invoicing; and AI models such as Claude, OpenAI, Mistral and Hugging Face. Each connection depends on API availability and on access the client grants to its own ad, analytics and CRM accounts.

08How is client data and lead information protected when an agency manages many client accounts?

Lead records, client contacts and approver identities are personal data, so access is role-based and scoped to each client engagement, retention is controlled, and processing is traceable across Client Intake, Lead Validation and Billing & Closeout. At closeout, the handover records which account access is transferred back to the client. These controls support your obligations under privacy laws such as GDPR; they do not replace your own legal review.
