CALL TO WRAP.

01

Break down & scope

Import script drafts, revision pages (white through goldenrod), and crew deal memos into an auditable project spine with automatic eighths calculation.

02

Enforce live constraints

Let the engine monitor SAG-AFTRA 2026 meal penalty clocks, performer turnaround rest periods, FilmLA permit windows, and daily EFC drift.

03

Capture, wrap & deliver

Single-capture call, wrap, and meal times feed DPRs, Exhibit G, and crew time cards while checksum-verified dailies flow directly into distributor delivery.

Your Film & Television Production Services AI agents, run like production systems.

A turnaround conflict or meal slip needs an operational system, not another chat window.

  1. Workflow Late night wrap threatens performer 12-hour turnaround for tomorrow’s call.
  2. Agents Calculate rest gap, price forced-call penalties (~$900/actor), and evaluate alternate strip sequences.
  3. Tools Stripboard data, Day Out of Days (DOOD), and signed Exhibit G logs.
  4. Execution Route constraint-aware call time recommendations to the 1st AD and UPM for approval.
  5. Outcome An optimized next-day call sheet with zero avoidable labor penalties.

Agent workflows are scoped to your guild rules, shoot locations and approval policies.

Run the platform inside your studio cloud VPC or on-prem environment for embargoed scripts, dailies metadata, and unreleased IP. Monthly subscription remains unchanged.

BEFORE
CALL TIME.

01How does the subscription work, and what is included in our monthly fee?

Setivara AI operates on a predictable monthly subscription scaled to your active production slate and shooting volume—never arbitrary per-seat markups for your crew. Every tier includes full access to script breakdown in eighths, automated stripboards, live union penalty enforcement (SAG-AFTRA, IATSE, DGA, Teamsters), single-capture DPR & Exhibit G logs, and daily EFC cost tracking. AI API usage is billed separately via a rechargeable credit balance, while dedicated private studio VPCs and legacy ledger migrations are handled under one-time onboarding.

02What if our production goes on hiatus or shoot dates push? Are we locked into rigid annual contracts?

No. Film and television production is fluid by nature. You can spin up projects during prep, maintain active licenses during principal photography, and scale down to archival or read-only modes between slates without paying full active-production rates. Furthermore, your chain-of-title, sensitive scripts, and unreleased daily costs remain strictly isolated in zero-data-retention security boundaries—never used for public model training.

03How quickly does Setivara AI pay for itself on an active shoot?

A single unmonitored meal slip on a 120-person crew day costs $5,000–$15,000 in union penalty escalations, and an unplanned SAG turnaround breach costs an entire forced-call day per performer. By catching rest period infractions (12-hour cast, 10-hour IATSE) and automating 6-hour meal clock alarms on the stripboard before call sheets are issued, Setivara AI routinely pays for months of subscription on the first shooting block alone, while protecting state tax credits through clean, audit-ready qualified spend reports.

04What support do we get during principal photography when call time is 5:00 AM or on night shoots?

Production doesn't run 9 to 5. Our production support team includes former 1st ADs and production accountants available for urgent call sheet, stripboard, or day-out-of-days sync issues across your shooting timezones. For Enterprise studio tiers, we provide dedicated production ops liaisons who assist with call sheet distribution, payroll connector mapping, and wrap report audits directly with your line producer.

05Can we run Setivara AI alongside Movie Magic, Excel stripboards, and our existing payroll provider?

Yes. You don't have to overhaul your entire production office overnight. Setivara AI imports and exports standard Movie Magic Scheduling (.mmsx), Movie Magic Budgeting (.mbd), and industry payroll files (Cast & Crew, Entertainment Partners, CAPS). You can use Setivara AI as your live telemetry and penalty-calculation layer without disrupting existing studio deliverables or union reporting formats.
