How It Works

From authorised order to released machine, on one record.

Built specifically for Industrial & Advanced Manufacturing and Heavy Equipment & Construction Machinery Manufacturing.

01

Open the order with the right revision

An RFQ lands, Tracevorn AI reviews configuration and cost against Engineering, and the authorised order drops into the plant on the released drawing revision — no traveller runs ahead of an ECN.

02

Build it, with evidence at every step

Procurement allocates released material (MTC and CoC attached), Production runs the shop traveller through routing with operation sign-offs, and Testing captures measurements against configured acceptance limits — every record linked back to the serial.

03

Release only when the checklist clears

Quality consolidates incoming, in-process and final inspection evidence, dispositions open NCRs, and the per-serial release checklist gates final sign-off before Closeout reconciles dispatch, acceptance, invoice and warranty.

Compliance

Built to the standards your release package has to prove.

Tracevorn AI is designed around the regulations and codes that govern Industrial & Advanced Manufacturing — specifically Heavy Equipment & Construction Machinery Manufacturing — here is what every machine it releases is held to, out of the box.

ISO 9001

ISO 9001 — Quality Management Systems

The Quality module captures the audit-ready evidence, approvals and corrective-action records every ISO 9001 QMS has to show.

EN 10204

EN 10204 — Metallic products: inspection documents (3.1 / 3.2 Material Test Certificates)

Procurement attaches 3.1 and 3.2 Material Test Certificates to each heat, cross-checks the chemistry and mechanical fields, and keeps them linked to the serial through final release.

ISO 3834

ISO 3834 — Quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials

Production reconciles WPS, PQR and welder-qualification records against each weld, so the ISO 3834 welding-quality package is complete before the frame moves to Testing.

AWS D1.1

AWS D1.1 — Structural Welding Code: Steel

Weld inspection records, NDT reports and NCR dispositions on structural steel are tracked against AWS D1.1 acceptance criteria before machining and assembly advance.

CE 2006/42/EC

CE Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC — Technical File & Declaration of Conformity

Closeout assembles the full technical file (risk assessment, test reports, serial records) and holds EU shipment until the Declaration of Conformity is signed.

Note: These are standards the platform is built to support inside your workflows — obligations that fall on you as the licensee. They are not certifications held by us, and support in the product is not a substitute for your own counsel or compliance officer.

FAQ · Buying & Subscription

Frequently asked questions.

Everything operations directors, plant managers, and procurement leaders need to know before subscribing to Tracevorn AI.

Talk to our team
[Pricing]How does plant pricing work, and are there per-seat fees?

Tracevorn AI is billed at a flat subscription starting at $200/mo per plant. We do not charge per seat, per user, or per build engineer. Your entire manufacturing workforce—intake planners, design engineers, procurement specialists, shop-floor supervisors, weld inspectors, and dispatch managers—accesses the platform under one license. Unlimited machines, serials, and travellers are included with no seat penalties.

[Pricing]How is AI API usage billed, and what about companion hardware?

Core platform workflows, dashboards, and immutable record storage are covered by your flat monthly subscription. AI API usage is charged separately: clients maintain and recharge their own AI credit balance based on actual model consumption (such as automated drawing analysis, MTC OCR extraction, and bottleneck predictions). Standard industrial companion hardware (scanners, data loggers, IoT hubs) is not included in the software subscription and can be integrated or procured as needed.

[Risk & Security]Does Tracevorn AI require ripping and replacing our existing ERP or PLM?

No. Tracevorn AI is engineered specifically to sit alongside your established ERP (SAP, Oracle, Epicor), PLM/CAD (Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, SolidWorks PDM), and shop-floor machines. It acts as the connective intelligence thread across drawing approvals, material readiness, traveller operation sign-offs, and final quality release—without disrupting ongoing manufacturing lines or requiring an expensive multi-year IT overhaul.

[Risk & Security]How is our proprietary engineering IP, CAD drawings, and machine data protected?

Your CAD models, drawing revisions, EBOM configurations, and machine inspection records reside strictly within your dedicated tenant and data boundary. Your proprietary engineering IP is never used to train public or foundational AI models. Role-based access control, SSO directory integration, and complete audit logging keep your build records fully under your control.

[Risk & Security]Can the AI make autonomous sign-offs or quality release decisions?

Never. Tracevorn AI operates strictly as an intelligence and verification layer. It flags drawing revision mismatches, extracts MTC test values, and cross-checks measurements against configured acceptance limits, but it never authorises an ECN, an NCR disposition, or a machine dispatch. All approvals, sign-offs, and release checklist clearances remain strictly in the hands of your authorized human engineers.

[Value & ROI]What is the typical time-to-value and implementation timeline?

While traditional MES or PLM overhauls take 12 to 18 months, Tracevorn AI is pre-configured specifically for Heavy Equipment & Construction Machinery Manufacturing. Essential onboarding connects your first plant and machine family in 2 to 4 weeks. Most plants achieve full ROI on their very first build by preventing a single missing-MTC hold, catching an un-notified drawing revision, or eliminating late delivery penalty clauses.

[Value & ROI]What measurable operational improvements can our team expect?

Production deployments in heavy machinery plants target up to 85% less manual document processing across RFQs and BOMs, 80% faster drawing review and revision tracking, 65% reduction in material readiness delays, and 5x faster generation of audit-ready compliance release packages for end customers, certifiers, and regulatory inspectors.

[Support & Compliance]What onboarding support and training are included with our subscription?

Every subscription includes hands-on deployment led by manufacturing engineers experienced in heavy machinery BOMs, welding procedures, and shop travellers. We handle initial system mapping, traveler configuration, and team training for both desk engineers and shop-floor leads. Enterprise tiers include dedicated technical account management, custom integration engineering, and priority SLAs.

[Support & Compliance]Does Tracevorn AI guarantee regulatory and code compliance?

Tracevorn AI provides the verified digital records, welder qualifications, material heat tracking, and acceptance limit checklists required by ISO 9001, EN 10204 3.1/3.2, ISO 3834, AWS D1.1, and the CE Machinery Directive (2006/42/EC).

Compliance Note: These are standards the platform is built to support inside your workflows — obligations that fall on you as the licensee. They are not certifications held by us, and support in the product is not a substitute for your own counsel or compliance officer.
