What does it actually cost — and what does that include?+
Veqzthoryn AI is a flat monthly subscription based on your active store count and operational scale. The subscription covers all seven operational modules — Dashboard, Receiving & Inventory, Sales & Quotations, Fulfillment & Handover, Returns & Warranty, Finance Close, and Compliance & Waste — with no per-seat fees, no per-transaction charges, and no hidden compute costs for routine retail workflows. There is a one-time onboarding fee starting from $1,000 (Essential), $2,500 (Plus), or $5,000 (Enterprise), which covers catalog setup, identity profile configuration, connector authorization, and team training before your first billing cycle.
Are there hidden fees once we're inside the subscription?+
No. Your monthly rate is fixed to your tier — it does not scale with your transaction volume, your number of orders processed, or the number of AI decisions the platform makes. The only additional costs that ever apply are third-party hardware, custom integration development, or private deployment infrastructure — all disclosed upfront before you sign anything.
Can we start with one or two modules and add the rest later?+
The subscription includes the full platform, so there is no per-module activation cost. In practice, most retailers go live with Receiving & Inventory and Sales & Quotations first, then activate Fulfillment & Handover and Finance Close once the team is comfortable. Your onboarding plan sequences this rollout so you are never paying for capability you have not been trained on.
We've tried operations software before and it didn't stick. What makes this different?+
Most retail operations software asks your team to change how they think. This platform starts from how retail operations already work — a physical delivery arrives, someone inspects it, something gets counted, someone approves it. Every screen and every workflow mirrors that physical sequence. Associates learn the system in context of their actual job, not in a training module disconnected from the shop floor. That is why adoption holds.
What happens to our data if we cancel?+
Your data remains yours, in full. On cancellation you receive a complete, structured export of every inventory record, order, fulfillment docket, return case, and financial reconciliation the platform holds — in an open format your team can open without a subscription. We do not hold data as commercial leverage, and we do not delete your records during your notice period.
Will it disrupt our operations during the go-live period?+
Go-live follows a parallel-run model. Your existing processes continue uninterrupted while the platform is configured and validated against your live catalog and supplier data. The platform does not replace your physical team or your existing paperwork chain on day one — it runs alongside it, and your team switches over when they are confident, not on a fixed date that suits an implementation schedule.
We already use spreadsheets and our POS. Why do we need this?+
Spreadsheets are your team's workaround for a process the POS was never designed to handle. Your POS records a sale. It does not verify the product identity before release, enforce a receiving inspection against a purchase order, block a return from going straight back onto the shelf, or flag when a merchant payout does not match the week's card batches. Those gaps — the ones that cause shrinkage, lost stock, and financial discrepancies — are exactly what this platform closes.
How quickly will we see a return on the subscription?+
Most retailers identify recoverable losses within the first 30 days of live operation — typically from supplier delivery discrepancies that were previously absorbed, inventory variances that were written off without investigation, and double-allocated or prematurely released stock. The platform does not create these savings; it makes visible the losses that were already happening but were too time-consuming to chase manually.
What support do we get after go-live — or do we just get a help centre?+
Support does not stop at go-live. Every tier includes direct access to the operations support team during business hours, with structured escalation paths for unresolved exceptions. Enterprise customers receive a named account contact. The platform's exception queue is designed so that when something goes wrong, your team already has the context, the history, and the accountable owner identified — before they ever need to raise a support ticket.
Can we get a walkthrough before we commit to anything?+
Yes — and we recommend it. The walkthrough is not a sales presentation. We map your current receiving, sales, fulfillment, and returns flow, identify where your exceptions currently fall through the cracks, and show you exactly which modules address each one. You leave with a clear picture of what the platform does and does not solve for your specific operation. Book a session through the contact form above.
