Pre-purchase FAQ / 11
BEFORE CALL TIME.
01How does Veyqorvanti AI connect production budgets, rehearsal schedules, and actual engagement costs?+
Veyqorvanti AI connects approved production estimates with crew allocations, equipment rentals, rehearsal and crew calls, and technical production records. Production Managers can compare planned costs against actual expenses, review budget variances, and see additional requirements before they affect the engagement. Changes remain subject to authorized approval.
02What happens when performance dates change, performers are unavailable, or rehearsals overlap?+
The Scheduling module identifies conflicts involving performers, rehearsal spaces, technical crew, and venue availability based on recorded commitments. Stage Managers and Production Managers can review recommended alternative rehearsal slots before updated calls are issued. Schedule changes must be approved by authorized production personnel.
03How does Veyqorvanti AI keep rehearsal changes from being missed between artistic and technical departments?+
The Rehearsals module records blocking changes, cue references, props, and wardrobe notes against the working script, then assigns department-specific notes for acknowledgment. AI helps identify candidate props, cue references, and affected departments. Artistic and technical changes require human approval.
04Does Veyqorvanti AI certify rigging, equipment, or performance safety?+
No. The Readiness module tracks technical test findings, inspection evidence, corrective actions, and incident documentation, and flags missing inspection records or unresolved findings. Safety-critical approvals and performance authorization remain the responsibility of qualified and authorized personnel, and the platform does not issue statutory certification.
05How does Veyqorvanti AI manage final settlement, charges, and venue handover?+
The Closeout module compares the Performance Engagement Agreement with the box office settlement statement, crew timesheets, artist invoices, equipment returns, and venue condition reports. It highlights unsupported deductions and discrepancies between contractual amounts and recorded payments. Financial decisions and payment approvals remain subject to authorized human review.
