HOW IT WORKS

From Market Opportunity
to Completed Transaction

Vylqentrax AI carries the same verified transaction data from opportunity discovery through client setup, document review, financial analysis, investor activity, and final completion. AI helps reduce repeated research, manual checking, re-entry, and missed changes while keeping every major decision linked to the latest approved information.

FIND & START

Opportunity discovery and client setup

Vylqentrax AI brings company activity, financing needs, market changes, and transaction signals into the Opportunities module for review. When a client moves forward, the Engagements module carries approved terms, responsibilities, and milestones into the same transaction record.

Note: This workflow describes the Vylqentrax AI modules. AI outputs are drafts for authorized professionals to review and approve before they are relied on.

TRADITIONAL SAAS VS VYLQENTRAX AI

Don’t settle for the AI your software chose.

Most financial software bolts on one generic assistant for every task. Vylqentrax AIcoordinates product-specific AI capabilities for opportunity discovery, agreement review, document extraction, financial analysis, presentation preparation, investor activity, and completion checks while your team maintains one verified transaction record.

Tap a module to see why that model runs it

  1. Monitors company activity, debt maturities, financing needs, ownership changes, filings, and market movements to identify potential refinancing, capital raising, acquisition, or advisory opportunities before bankers spend time researching them manually.

    OPPORTUNITY DISCOVERY + QUALIFICATION

  2. Reviews engagement letters, confidentiality documents, fees, approvals, responsibilities, and important dates. Key terms are extracted automatically while missing information, approvals, or setup requirements are flagged before active work begins.

    TERM EXTRACTION + SETUP CHECKS

  3. Reads financial statements, forecasts, contracts, debt documents, and legal files to extract important figures and clauses. Different versions are compared, mismatches are detected, and every verified value remains connected to its original source.

    EXTRACTION + SOURCE VERIFICATION

  4. Uses approved financial data to calculate valuations, compare similar companies, test financing options, and evaluate different transaction scenarios. Assumptions are checked, calculations are refreshed, and unusual results are flagged for review.

    VALUATION + SCENARIO CHECKS

  5. Turns verified financial analysis and transaction information into presentation content, charts, summaries, and investor materials. Figures are checked against approved sources so updates can move into presentations without repeated manual copying.

    MATERIALS + FIGURE VALIDATION

  6. Analyzes investor meetings, feedback, indications, and order activity to show where interest is strongest. Conversations are summarized, investors are ranked, sentiment is measured, and changes in demand or pricing sensitivity are identified.

    INVESTOR SIGNALS + FOLLOW-UP PRIORITY

  7. Reviews final pricing, allocations, approvals, legal documents, settlement instructions, and completion conditions. Missing items, outdated documents, and inconsistent figures are detected before the transaction is approved for completion.

    READINESS + COMPLETION CHECKS

One structured transaction fileEvery module — one record

Note: Capability routing, model availability, data boundaries, and review controls are configured for each approved deployment; module labels describe Vylqentrax AI functions, not third-party model guarantees.

Where it runsSame platform · same recurring subscription

Cloud (SaaS)

Runs in Nestack’s managed cloud — nothing to provision. The fastest way to get your desk live and closing transactions without standing up infrastructure.

Private / self-hosted

The same platform deployed inside your own infrastructure — your cloud, VPC or on-prem — for institutions with strict deal-data and MNPI mandates. Transaction files, financial models and closing transcripts never leave your environment, and your platform subscription stays the same.

Note: The platform subscription is identical on either model; only the onboarding scope differs by your security, integration and deployment requirements.

FAQs

Before you subscribe.

01Is this a flat monthly fee, or do charges scale with deal count and team size?

Flat monthly rate — full stop. At $200/mo, every managing director, associate, analyst, and transaction coordinator on your desk gets unrestricted access to all modules. There are no per-seat charges, no per-deal fees, and no volume overages. Your subscription cost is identical whether your team runs three transactions this month or thirty.

02What exactly is included in the $200/mo — and what is not?

Every core module is included: Opportunities, Engagements, Document Review, Financial Analysis, Presentations, Investor Activity, and Deal Completion. The onboarding fee — which covers environment configuration, data source connections, and team training — is a one-time charge set out in the onboarding section. Optional hardware add-ons are priced separately. Nothing inside the platform is gated behind a higher tier.

03Are we locked into an annual contract, or can we cancel monthly?

Month-to-month only. There is no annual lock-in and no termination penalty. If your deal flow slows, your mandate changes, or you need to pause, you can cancel at any time. All transaction records, extracted data, and exported files remain yours and are fully downloadable before the subscription ends.

04Can we evaluate it against our actual live transactions before committing?

Yes — and we specifically recommend it. Book a walk-through and our team will run Vylqentrax AI against an anonymised slice of your real transaction documents and financial materials before the call. You see live extraction accuracy, source linking, and valuation outputs on your own deal data, not a sanitised demo environment.

05Will our institutional clients, investors, and regulators accept AI-assisted outputs?

Every data point, extracted clause, and financial figure is linked back to its exact source document with a verified coordinate reference. The platform maintains a full, immutable audit trail — timestamped and attributable — that meets the evidentiary standards expected by institutional investors, counterparties, and regulatory reviewers. Nothing is generated without a documented source.

06Do we need to replace our data rooms, CRM, or existing deal systems?

No replacements required. Vylqentrax AI connects to your existing tools — DealCloud, Datasite, S&P Capital IQ, PitchBook, SEC EDGAR, SharePoint, DocuSign, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365 — and operates as an intelligent workflow layer on top of them. Your teams keep working in the systems they already know. There is no migration, no parallel data entry, and no disruption to active transactions.

07How quickly will our deal team see a real reduction in time spent on manual work?

Most teams see measurable time savings within the first two weeks. The largest gains are in document review — eliminating manual extraction from financial statements and legal files — and in presentation preparation, where model updates and slide population previously consumed 6 to 12 hours per transaction. Across a full deal cycle, teams typically recover 1.5 to 2.5 business days per transaction that previously went to research, re-entry, and manual cross-checking.

08How long does onboarding take, and who supports us after we go live?

Onboarding timeline varies based on your desk's scope, custom integrations, historical data volume, and security requirements — ranging from a few weeks for standard Cloud workspaces to several months for complex Enterprise rollouts or private infrastructure deployments. That is why we outline tiers and scope in detail in our dedicated Onboarding section. After launch, every subscription includes direct access to capital markets technology specialists, same-day priority support, and a dedicated point of contact for your desk.
