Side A / Conventional AI

One model.
Every task.

Business application → Built-in AI → Generic response

Contracts, media and transmission records are treated as similar requests, despite requiring different evidence and technical checks.

Side B / Zhyqorvanta AI

The right intelligence for
each broadcast decision.

Broadcast artifact → Task-specific AI → Validated result → Authorized action

Route contracts, media and incident evidence to suitable models while keeping technical rules and human approvals in control.

FROM BOOKING
TO BROADCAST PROOF.

01

Clear the airtime

Validate advertising orders, programme rights and commercial restrictions. Inspect transmission masters, confirm media readiness and release approved content for scheduling.

02

Build the broadcast

Allocate commercial breaks, finalize transmission logs and coordinate live rundowns. Hand approved programme sources and timing instructions to Master Control for on-air execution.

03

Prove the delivery

Compare as-run events with monitored signal evidence, investigate missed or interrupted transmissions, and reconcile advertiser commitments before approving makegoods, credits and invoices.

Your Broadcasting & Television Networks AI agents, run like production systems.

A broadcast runs from booking to proof of airing. It needs an operational system at every step, not another chat window.

  1. Workflow An advertiser insertion order arrives for a multi-spot campaign across your channels.
  2. Agents Read the order, verify rights and airtime, check the media master, and propose break allocations for the transmission log.
  3. Tools Insertion orders, programme licences, traffic and transmission logs, SCTE-35 cue data, and off-air recordings.
  4. Execution Clearance moves to Scheduling & Traffic, approved logs go to Master Control, and assurance evidence goes to Billing & Settlement, each approved by an operator.
  5. Outcome Verified airings, with makegoods and credits reconciled and the evidence attached.

Agent workflows are scoped to your channels, rights agreements and approval policies.

ATSC A/85

Loudness Control for Broadcast (CALM Act)

Measured loudness is checked against the -24 LKFS target on commercials and programs, with deviations flagged in Media Assets and Broadcast Assurance.

EBU R 128

Loudness Normalisation and Permitted Maximum Level

Delivered material is checked against the -23 LUFS target for feeds that follow EBU practice, and out-of-spec masters are held before release.

SCTE-35

Digital Program Insertion Cueing

Splice and ad-insertion cues are tracked against the schedule in Master Control, with scheduled and reported start times compared frame by frame.

CTA-708

Digital Television Closed Captioning

Caption attachment and sync status are verified on commercial and program material, and caption drops are logged as assurance findings.

SMPTE ST 378

MXF Operational Pattern 1a

Container, raster, frame rate and audio layout of incoming masters are validated against the delivery specification at ingest.

Note: These are standards the platform is built to support inside your workflows — obligations that fall on you as the licensee. They are not certifications held by us, and support in the product is not a substitute for your own counsel or compliance officer.

BEFORE
AIRTIME.

01Can Zhyqorvanta AI prevent conflicting bookings across network and affiliate commercial inventory?

Zhyqorvanta AI is designed to distinguish network-owned and affiliate-owned advertising breaks, verify insertion orders against available inventory, and flag overlapping spot commitments. Traffic teams can review break capacity, daypart restrictions, and creative rotation requirements before approving transmission schedules. Existing traffic-system integrations depend on supported data interfaces.

02How does the platform verify programme rights and repeat-airing permissions before transmission?

AI extracts licence periods, broadcast territories, permitted platforms, and repeat-run limits from programme agreements. These conditions are checked against planned transmission dates to flag expired rights, unauthorized territories, or exceeded airing limits. Final clearance remains with authorized Rights and Legal personnel.

03What happens when a live broadcast overruns its scheduled commercial breaks?

Zhyqorvanta AI compares revised production rundowns with approved traffic logs to identify displaced advertisements and scheduling conflicts. It can suggest alternative placements and estimate potential makegood exposure. Producers and Traffic Managers approve changes before Master Control executes revised transmission instructions.

04Can Zhyqorvanta AI identify transmission failures even when the playout log shows a successful broadcast?

Where compatible monitoring evidence is available, Broadcast Assurance compares Master Control as-run records with encoder alarms, return-feed monitoring, and off-air recordings. It helps engineers identify affected transmission intervals, distinguish playout success from downstream delivery, and document findings for technical review.

05How are missed advertisements and broadcast discrepancies handled before final billing?

Billing & Settlement reconciles insertion orders, approved traffic logs, actual airings, and verified transmission evidence. AI flags undelivered or disputed spots, calculates potential billing differences, and prepares proposed makegoods or credits. Authorized teams approve the contractual resolution before invoices are finalized.
