The Nestack construction suite
Built for every corner of construction & operations.
Operations move differently in every field, with unique teams, workflows, documents, and decisions. Your tools should be built to work the way your industry does.
Everything you need from requirement review to final dispatch.
Zorqavune AI connects your entire operational workflow into one continuous project record. Each AI-powered module manages a critical step in the process — keeping your data organized, eliminating manual guesswork, and ensuring no operational requirement is missed.
Upload project drawings, purchase orders, and technical specs in any format. The AI inspects every document for completeness, validates active requirements against standards, and displays items in an integrated viewer so you never release unverified scopes.
Convert approved requirements into accurate, line-by-line project quotes. The AI benchmarks raw material costs against current supplier cost books, models tooling changeover expenses, and optimizes prices before quote approval.
Compare supplier lots, warehouse storage, and pallet requirements side by side across your entire order pipeline. The AI identifies matched lots (LOT-4487, LOT-4521), flags partial allocations, and maximizes capacity utilization.
Track active technical reviews, quote preparation, and lot release checks on live progress rails. The AI schedules POs on optimal lines (Line 03) to prevent unnecessary tooling changeovers and maximize machine throughput.
Match inbound lots and finished batches against required test steps (Final strength test, Label verification, Packaging check). The AI instantly flags holds, high-priority issues, and missing fire-rating evidence before release.
Allocate released pallets from Yard C to designated loads (Load SYN-LD-1482) for confirmed delivery windows. The AI tracks 94% delivery reliability and automates dispatch documentation in real time.
How it works
From requirements review to validated dispatch, in three steps.
01
Drop in specifications and lot data
Add project drawings, spec books, supplier lot manifests, purchase orders, and prior-run benchmarks. No rigid template — CAD exports, PDFs, and spreadsheets go straight in.
02
AI forecasts volume, matches lots & schedules lines
Requirements are parsed into a scoped operational record. AI volume forecasting maps capacity across 6 weeks, matches lots to order pallets, and optimizes Line 03 scheduling to avoid tooling changeovers.
03
Review recommendations & release for dispatch
Verify fire-rating evidence for flagged requirements, review partial allocations, and release confirmed pallet loads from Yard C for Tuesday delivery windows.
Traditional Operations vs Zorqavune AI
Don’t settle for the AI your software chose.
Most platforms ship one model and you work inside its limits. Zorqavune AI puts an orchestration layer between the operational documents and the model, so every step of an intake runs on the intelligence that suits it best.

Compliance
Held to the standards your operations answer to.
Zorqavune AI is built for precision operations, supply planning, and high-compliance workflows. These are the standards its requirements, quality assurance, and dispatch modules are organized around.
ASTM C90 / C150
ASTM Material & Product Specifications
Checks that incoming specs, supplier lots, and mill or test certificates match the ASTM grade called out on the order — masonry units, cement, aggregates — before the lot is allocated or released.
ISO 9001
ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems
Keeps a controlled, traceable record of every extraction, lot release, and schedule decision, so a QMS audit can reconstruct who approved what, when, and why.
OSHA 29 CFR 1910.1200
OSHA Hazard Communication — Safety Data Sheets
Reads inbound Safety Data Sheets for cement, admixtures, sealants, and adhesives, confirms the required GHS sections are present, and ties each SDS to its receiving lot.
TSCA Title VI / CARB 93120
TSCA Title VI & CARB Composite Wood Emissions
Reads certificates and labels from plywood, MDF, and particleboard suppliers so inventory receipts carry proof of formaldehyde-emission compliance before the product is sold or shipped.
Note: Zorqavune AI structures and tracks these requirements so nothing is missed at intake or dispatch. It does not certify compliance or replace final review by a licensed QA auditor or professional engineer.
ZORQAVUNE SHIPS
An operations agent, in production, reading real shop-floor data.
Which is the easy half. It runs every day against orders and tickets nobody proofread, on a model that shifts under it, for a plant that finds out something drifted when a field comes back wrong.
MANUFACTURING & PRODUCTION AGENTS ARE CATALOGUED UNDER PLAYBOOK 2.07.
Add-ons
Add the hardware your workflow needs.
Connected companion devices for the paper and the plant: a plan scanner that turns hard-copy drawing sets into files the AI can read, and a Bluetooth laser meter that sends walk-through measurements straight into the platform.
Rugged handheld · yard & warehouse
Handheld Barcode Scanner
A rugged handheld for the yard and warehouse floor. Scan lot tags, pallet labels, delivery tickets, and PO barcodes as material moves, so every receipt, pick, and load is recorded against the right order — no paper, no retyping.

Pricing
One plan. Every operational workflow.
Starting at$200/mo
Flat, for the whole platform. Every module included — requirements review, quote estimation, supply planning, production control, QA holds, and dispatch logistics. No per-seat maths, no tiers to decode.
Note: AI API usage is charged separately. Clients must recharge their AI credit balance based on their usage.
A one-time setup that gets your operations team live before your first monthly cycle — we bring in your active jobs, past specifications and pricing books, wire Zorqavune AI to the inboxes and drives your orders already arrive through, and tune every module to how your team actually runs operations. Each fee below is a starting point: we scope the final onboarding once we understand your environment, security needs, integrations, data volume, compliance requirements, and deployment model.

Deployment
same subscription, either way
Zorqavune AI handles the operational data your business relies on — drawings, orders, supplier pricing, margins, and capacity forecasts. Run it whichever way your security policy requires.
Cloud (SaaS)
Runs in Nestack’s managed cloud — nothing to provision, fastest way to get your facility live. We handle hosting, security updates, and scaling so your team just logs in and works.
Private / self-hosted
The same platform deployed inside your own infrastructure — your cloud, VPC, or on-prem — for data-sensitive operations. Your drawings, manifests, and yield predictions never leave your environment, and the monthly subscription stays exactly the same.
Subscription FAQ
Questions to settle before you sign
What it costs, what could go wrong, what you get back, and who helps you once you are live — answered for the people who run plants, yards, and dispatch.
$200 a month, flat, for the whole platform. Requirements review, quote estimation, supply planning, production control, QA holds, and dispatch logistics are all included. There are no per-seat charges, no per-module fees, no limits on how many drawings or POs you run through it, and no tiers to climb.
02Is there anything we pay on top of the monthly subscription?
Only a one-time onboarding fee to get your plant live: Essential from $1,000, Plus from $2,500, and Enterprise from $5,000. We scope the final number once we have seen your order types, systems, and archive — so you get a firm figure before anything starts. Add-on hardware such as scanners is optional, and the monthly subscription is the same whichever onboarding tier you pick.
03Will the bill go up as we add estimators, supervisors, or order volume?
No. Adding another estimator, line supervisor, or QA inspector costs nothing extra, and a busy season with twice the POs does not trigger an overage. Busy months are when you need the platform most, so they should not cost more.
04How quickly does it pay for itself?
Measure it against what you lose today: hours re-keying emailed and faxed POs into the ERP, quotes sitting in an estimator's inbox while the customer calls a competitor, the wrong lot loaded on a truck, and credit notes for short or late deliveries. The subscription costs a fraction of one full-time order-entry role, and most of that manual work goes away from the first live order batch.
05We already run an ERP. Why would we need this as well?
Your ERP is only as good as what gets typed into it. Zorqavune AI sits in front of it: it reads the drawing sets, specs, and purchase orders your customers actually send, checks them against your catalogue, stock, and capacity, and posts clean, validated records into SAP, NetSuite, Sage, QuickBooks, or your WMS. You keep the system of record you have — you just stop feeding it by hand.
06Is it a fit for an operation our size?
It works for a single plant or yard as well as a multi-site network. The subscription is the same either way; what changes is onboarding — Essential for a single site getting live fast, Plus when you need historical migration and two integrations, and Enterprise for multi-facility rollouts, SSO, and custom integrations.
07What happens if the AI misreads an order or a spec?
It does not release anything it is unsure about. Every extracted line carries a confidence score, and anything below the threshold you set goes to a person for review. Approvals, material conflicts, and tooling changeovers always wait for human sign-off, and your planners can open any allocation, check the source drawing sheet, and change it before it goes out.
08Will rolling it out disrupt the plant or the yard?
No. It runs in the browser, so there is nothing to install on the floor. We import your open orders and current lots, wire your email and shared-drive intake, and tune review rules before your first live release, so your team can run it alongside the current process until they trust it. Plus and Enterprise customers get a dedicated specialist through go-live, and Enterprise comes with a guaranteed go-live milestone.
09Are we locked into a long contract?
The subscription is billed monthly at one flat rate, and the onboarding fee is a one-time setup cost scoped up front. The full terms are set out in writing before onboarding begins, so you know exactly what you are committing to before any work starts.
10Is our pricing, customer, and drawing data safe?
Yes. Your cost books, supplier discounts, customer lists, and drawings stay private to your company. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest and is never used to train public AI models. If it cannot leave your network, we can deploy the same platform in your own cloud, VPC, or on-prem environment at the same monthly price.
11What support do we get once we are live?
Every plan includes an onboarding handbook and self-serve documentation for the whole team. Plus adds live training for planners and QA with recorded replays, and Enterprise adds role-based training tracks for plant managers and admins. When you add a product line, a facility, or a new integration, we help you configure it — you are not left to work it out alone.
12How can we see whether it works on our orders before we commit?
Book a demo. We run it against your own kind of work — your materials, your order formats, your active requirements — so you see how it handles the POs and spec packages your team deals with every day, not a generic sample.
