Every module in Caricature Flow writes into a shared BHC Project — a single deal record that follows the client from the first inquiry email to the post-event artwork archive. When the Intake module parses a client’s email and photos, the Routing module already has the lead data it needs to score and assign. When Brand Intelligence completes, the Package Planner personalises the three-tier quote to that client’s brand maturity. When a Proposal is sent, the Client Portal updates automatically. When Event Ops generates the run sheet, the Artwork Library is ready to tag and file the caricatures after the event. When Feedback is analysed, the client success plan feeds directly back into the Revenue Command Center’s expansion revenue figure.
Brand Intelligence

The Photo & Brand Intelligence module is where a client’s uploaded logos and headshots get transformed into an artist-ready creative brief — automatically. When a State Farm event manager uploads brand assets, the AI runs a Creative Director analysis that identifies brand personality (“innovative, builder-minded, people-centric”), brand tone (“professional warmth with a tech-forward edge”), communication style, and brand values. The Visual Style Analysis extracts the exact colour palette with hex codes, identifies typography conventions, assesses design maturity (Fortune 500 strict logo clearance rules), and gives imagery style guidance for the caricature artists. This used to require a creative lead to manually review brand guidelines and brief the artists before each event. The AI now produces a 92%-confidence production-ready brief in seconds — one that the caricature team can pick up and start working from immediately, without a back-and-forth email chain about whether to use the client’s red or their navy blue.
Privacy Center

When Amazon, Kaiser Permanente, or Google asks “how do you handle our employees’ face photos?” — the Privacy Center is the answer. Every photo that enters the workflow is automatically tracked with a consent classification: Client Approved, Internal Only, Sensitive, or Unreviewed. The Compliance Dashboard gives a full asset registry with thumbnails, source labels, consent badges, and timestamps — audit-ready at any moment. The journey tracker at the top shows exactly which stage of the client lifecycle has been completed, so a compliance reviewer can see that intake, discovery, brand intel, quote, proposal, planning, and visuals are all signed off before the assets stage becomes active. For the State Farm event shown, 19 total assets are tracked: 8 client-approved, 5 internal only, 2 sensitive, and 4 unreviewed — each with a filename, source, description, and classification badge. Enterprise clients can export a compliance report or share a client privacy view with a single click. This turns what used to be a verbal assurance into a documented, exportable, audit-trail-backed answer.
