This project is a next-generation dealership management and service workshop platform designed specifically for premium European automotive brands, including BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, and other high-performance and hypercar manufacturers. Modern enterprise service centers often face challenges caused by fragmented software systems that hinder the synchronization of customer repair requests, live vehicle diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs), and repair cost estimates across multiple departments. The project addresses these challenges by providing a unified, cloud-based dual-portal ecosystem that seamlessly connects service advisors, customers, and master technicians within a centralized workspace. By replacing outdated legacy systems with intuitive, real-time digital workflows, the platform automates customer service intake, generates instant Repair Order (RO) estimates, and enables efficient vehicle telemetry tracking. The result is a transparent, customer-centric service experience supported by highly efficient workshop operations that enhance collaboration, accuracy, and overall productivity.
Inventory Management

At the core of the platform’s workshop operations is the Inventory Management module, designed to ensure accurate tracking and efficient management of workshop supplies and spare parts. This module provides real-time visibility into thousands of essential inventory items, organized into categories such as fluids and lubricants, filters, fasteners, electrical components, braking systems, and other service-related parts. Service advisors and inventory managers can monitor stock levels, receive automated low-stock alerts based on predefined minimum thresholds, and maintain the availability of critical components required for vehicle servicing. The system also displays cost-per-unit information and storage locations within the workshop, enabling faster retrieval of parts and improved inventory control. By automating stock monitoring and integrating inventory data with active service requests, the module minimizes delays caused by part shortages, streamlines procurement, and ensures technicians have the necessary materials available to begin repairs as soon as vehicles arrive.
Help AI Guide

The platform’s key technical feature is the AI Repair Guide module, which serves as an intelligent assistant for diagnosing and resolving complex vehicle issues. When a vehicle is reported with diagnostic faults, the system analyzes the available diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) and generates a detailed, step-by-step repair workflow based on industry-standard repair procedures and manufacturer guidelines. Instead of relying solely on traditional service manuals, the AI-powered guide provides recommended safety precautions, required tools, replacement parts, and repair instructions specific to the detected fault. The generated workflow assists technicians throughout the repair process, including component inspection, disassembly, replacement, calibration, and final validation. By bridging the gap between diagnostic information and repair execution, the AI Repair Guide improves repair accuracy, reduces troubleshooting time, increases first-time repair success, and enhances the overall efficiency and quality of workshop operations.
