Inhaler Ops AI is a Sales Acceleration Proof of Concept (POC) built for 33 Medical Inc., a company pioneering minimally invasive spine technology. The platform replaces traditional fragmented sales workflows with four AI-powered modules designed to dramatically shorten the sales cycle.

From the moment an inbound inquiry arrives to the final proposal reaching a surgeon’s inbox, every step is intelligently orchestrated, providing clinical sales representatives, field specialists, and sales directors with a unified command center that operates at the speed of AI. Built with Next.js and powered by OpenAI, the platform demonstrates what is possible when advanced AI is applied to the high-stakes world of medical device commercialization.

Campaigns Hub 

Once leads are generated, the Ads and Campaigns module transforms raw contacts, including hospitals and specialist physicians, into active outreach opportunities. Sales teams can search, filter, and manage leads, then trigger AI-generated personalized emails with a single click. Each message is tailored to the recipient’s specialty, interests, and professional context, enabling more relevant and effective engagement. The platform also provides real-time campaign visibility through a comprehensive Analytics dashboard.


Key insights are displayed through an Email Engagement Area Chart that tracks open and response rates over time, a Lead Type Pie Chart that visualizes the distribution of hospitals and physicians, and a Product Performance Bar Chart highlighting which Nuvo products generate the highest volume of leads. Supporting these visualizations are KPI cards that monitor critical metrics such as total emails sent, average open rate (68.4%), and conversion rate (24.2%). Together, these tools provide sales leaders with a clear, data-driven view of pipeline performance and campaign effectiveness without ever leaving the platform.


Automation Engine

At the heart of Inhaler Ops AI is a powerful Applications and Automation Pipeline that manages patient cases from submission to AI-driven insights. Sales representatives can submit new patient applications, including diagnosis, spine level, surgeon name, and Visual Analog Scale (VAS) pain score, and the system immediately begins triaging them through key stages: New, Analysing, and Report Ready. As soon as a case enters the Analysing stage, an AI engine processes the clinical data and generates a structured report containing recommendations, potential objections, and suggested next steps. The automation extends beyond case analysis with an integrated Meeting Intelligence module that transcribes uploaded call recordings using OpenAI Whisper and automatically generates MEDDIC sales frameworks, stakeholder maps, follow-up emails, and action-item checklists within seconds. Every workflow is designed to eliminate manual bottlenecks, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate sales conversion.
