Nestack Technologies helped an established insurance company to design and implement an end to end customer oriented insurance management solution. This comprehensive solution was developed to meet the needs of general insurers with a view of having a single platform for managing all the insurance operations. The system has the following major modules; Client Management, Underwriting and Policy Endorsements, Claims Process, Document Management and Policy Renewals.

Challenges Addressed

The client experienced difficulties in handling multiple policyholders and claim management and this resulted in inefficiency in service delivery. They required a method to manage, organize and streamline these activities, increase the communication and decrease the human effort involved.

Our Solution

Nestack Technologies provided an end to end insurance management system developed using C#. NET and ASP. The application layer that is used in the development of the system is the NET frameworks with SQL Server as the database. The platform was to be very flexible, open and secure to support the needs of the given client’s business model.

  • Client Management: It makes it easier to monitor and manage the details of customers hence improving on the customer relationship and experience.
  • Underwriting & Endorsements: The module helps in underwriting process by performing it accurately as well as adhering to the set guidelines. Policy endorsement options make it possible to modify the current policies without any difficulty.
  • Claims Management: These include the reduction of the time taken to process claims, minimizing on the occurrence of errors and increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Document Management: The paper work that is related to insurance has to be well organized and easily accessible with the help of a good document management system.
  • Renewals: This means that the clients are notified and updated on their policy status thus reducing on lapses and increasing retention rates due to automated renewal reminders and processing.
