Resource Planning System

Case Studies Human Resource Java

Nestack designed and built a resource planning system using Java. The system works to keep track and make changes to ongoing projects that a company is undertaking. At the same time, it functions as a way of planning future projects.

It manages details about each project, such as how much time and money are being allocated to the project, how it is reaching performance milestones, and which employees are working for the project. This makes it easy to track and estimate revenue for the company, giving insight into future earnings, growth, and workforce predictions.

With data from previous projects in place, human resources departments can also estimate how many employees may be required for a new project so that they don’t over- or under-hire.

It also allows the business to generate reports about past and future projects, making it easy to see which resource planning techniques work and which could be adjusted in future.

Nestack have a team of qualified and experienced Java engineers who work tirelessly on offshore Java development projects. They have completed work on Java of all different sizes and levels of complexity, and they are always ready and willing to learn new knowledge and take on new tasks.
