The AI-Powered BIM Clash Coordination Platform is a centralized solution designed to simplify how construction and BIM teams identify, organize, assign, review, and resolve coordination issues. Traditional BIM coordination often depends on spreadsheets, emails, screenshots, and repeated meetings, making it difficult to track responsibility and resolution progress. This platform brings those activities into one structured workspace. Users can create projects, import clash information from CSV, Excel, or JSON files, simulate clash extraction, assign issues to responsible teams, establish priorities and due dates, add comments, review model revisions, prepare coordination meetings, and generate reports. The dashboard summarizes project health through key indicators such as critical clashes, overdue tasks, pending approvals, team workloads, and recently closed issues. Every important action is also recorded in an activity log, providing a clear audit trail. The current version is a browser-based demonstration that uses local storage and simulated AI logic, allowing stakeholders to experience the complete coordination workflow without requiring a production backend or database.

Assisted Reports

The Critical and Overdue Clash Management module helps coordinators focus on issues that require immediate attention. Critical clashes are high-impact conflicts—such as an HVAC duct intersecting a structural beam—that may affect safety, constructability, cost, or the project schedule. Overdue clashes are unresolved items whose due dates have already passed. Instead of searching through a large clash register, users can review these issues in dedicated sections that clearly display the clash reference number, project, severity, priority, workflow status, responsible team, assigned person, deadline, and estimated delay risk. A “View Details” action opens the full clash record, where the coordinator can update ownership, add comments, follow recommendations, and move the issue through assignment, progress, review, approval, rework, and closure. This prioritized view supports faster meetings, clearer accountability, and reduced rework by ensuring that urgent and delayed problems are addressed before they affect construction activities.

Visual Clash Report

The Visual Clash Report module presents coordination issues through image-based cards, making technical clashes easier to understand than text-only records. Each card combines a clash screenshot or visual marker with essential information, including the clash code, title, project, status, severity, priority, assignee, due date, building level, and coordination zone. Resolution notes provide practical guidance, such as rerouting a duct, offsetting its centreline, or confirming clearance with discipline leads. This visual format allows BIM coordinators, engineers, project managers, and clients to understand the location and significance of an issue quickly, even when they are not reviewing the full federated model. It is particularly useful during coordination meetings, design reviews, and client presentations because participants can discuss the same visual reference while agreeing on responsibility and next actions. By connecting images with structured workflow data, the module improves communication, reduces misunderstandings, and creates clearer documentation for follow-up and reporting
