This platform is an AI-powered furniture sales, design, manufacturing, and fulfilment solution developed as a proof-of-concept for a premium multi-brand furniture business. It connects customers and internal teams through integrated Client and Admin Portals, enabling product discovery, custom furniture requests, quotations, order management, manufacturing, inventory, quality control, and delivery tracking within a unified workflow. Artificial intelligence enhances key processes such as document analysis, custom design generation, demand forecasting, quotation preparation, production planning, and customer support. The current implementation uses browser-based local storage with demo data and Firebase solely for authentication, demonstrating a complete end-to-end business workflow from customer enquiry to final product delivery.

AI Assisted Sales Call

The AI-Assisted Sales Call module helps sales representatives conduct structured and productive discovery conversations with customers. The screen combines client details, an AI-generated requirement summary, a live conversation panel, and a Sales AI Assistant within one workspace. During the call, the assistant reviews the customer’s latest response and recommends the next relevant question, helping the representative clarify dimensions, configuration, materials, fabrics, colours, environmental conditions, budget, delivery deadlines, and site constraints. The conversation is recorded as a readable transcript so both sales and customer responses remain visible. After the discussion, AI produces a concise call summary that becomes structured input for the next workflow stage. This reduces missed requirements, improves consistency between sales representatives, and ensures the design team receives a clear and complete project brief..

AI Design and Quality Inspection

The AI Design and Quality Inspection workflow transforms confirmed customer requirements into a production-ready concept and validates the finished product before shipping. The AI Design Agent creates a visual furniture render based on the customer’s selected layout, frame, fabric, finish, and intended environment. A feasibility test evaluates frame structure, upholstery suitability, dimensions, shipping practicality, finish application, and assembly complexity, while material readiness indicates whether production can proceed. Once manufacturing is complete, the Quality Inspection module compares inspection images against the customer-approved design. Multiple views—including front, back, top, bottom, left, and right—are analysed for visible defects, dimensional inconsistencies, finish quality, stitching, alignment, and assembly issues. AI presents its findings, but a human inspector makes the final disposition: Pass, Pass with Observation, Rework Required, or Reject. This combination of AI analysis and human approval improves quality control while preserving accountability.
