Unlike generic project management tools, it models industry-specific entities like glass units, openings, cut tickets, and hardware sets, enforcing approval gates and traceability at every stage to reduce remakes, prevent stockouts, and improve scheduling reliability. The admin portal features a polished, modern dashboard powered by Framer Motion animations and Recharts visualizations, giving operations managers real-time visibility into active orders, pipeline values, revenue performance, and urgent deliveries — all from a single unified interface.

The Inventory

Inventory page within the admin portal provides a comprehensive stock management experience. Each material — such as tempered glass, hinges, sealants, and hardware — is displayed as an interactive card showing the current quantity, committed amounts across active orders, and a projected availability figure. A dynamic progress bar visually indicates capacity levels, instantly flagging items that fall below reorder thresholds with a “Restock” badge. Admins can adjust quantities manually or receive shipments through a dedicated modal. The standout feature is the “Smart Stock” AI analysis, which simulates demand forecasting by comparing historical consumption trends against predicted future demand using interactive area charts, and then generates prioritized reorder recommendations — giving operations teams a data-driven edge in preventing material shortages

Market Brief

The Crew & Schedule page serves as the dispatch command center for managing installation teams. Each crew is displayed in a detailed card showing team size, star rating, specialty skills (such as shower, storefront, or door installation), current workload, and active route assignment. Admins can create new teams, manually dispatch orders to specific crews, or leverage the built-in AI Dispatcher which intelligently matches jobs to crews based on skill requirements, capacity, and availability. A real-time alert system allows managers to notify crews directly from the dashboard, with confirmation feedback displayed inline. Clicking on any crew card opens a detailed modal for deeper management, making it a one-stop hub for coordinating field operations efficiently.
