Every tent rental operation faces the same scheduling challenge: reservations arrive across phone, email, and web form, each with overlapping delivery windows, crew requirements, and inventory needs — and without a unified view, double-bookings and missed pickups are inevitable. This Calendar module solves this with a week-view scheduling board that surfaces every active reservation as a colour-coded card showing customer name, event description, allocation status, dispatch readiness, delivery location, and value. Four KPI tiles at the top of the screen — reservations this week, total revenue, pending approvals, and inventory utilization — give operations managers an instant read on the week ahead without opening a single individual record.

Customer AI Workspace

Preparing for a large corporate event booking typically means hunting through email threads for setup preferences, guest counts, and access notes before a quote can be built. Here Customer Workspace centralizes all of that in one screen. An AI Client Summary at the top of the page reads the customer’s full reservation and dispatch history and generates a plain-language operational briefing — active reservations, upcoming delivery windows, readiness status, and risk tier — without any manual input. Below it, an Event Requirements panel captures delivery address, event type, guest count, seating configuration, tent color, ground surface, and truck access notes in a structured form. Once completed, a single click on Generate Requirements Summary sends the data to Open AI and returns a fully written event brief that sales coordinators can attach directly to the quote.

Customer Management

Managing a portfolio of event planners, corporate accounts, and festival organizers across an active rental season means tracking dozens of concurrent relationships — each with different risk levels, delivery schedules, and revenue potential. Here CRM module surfaces all of that on a single card grid. Each customer card displays priority and risk badges, tier classification (Silver, Gold, Platinum), active reservation count, upcoming delivery count, lifetime value, last contact date, open follow-up items, and next scheduled delivery time. High-priority and high-risk accounts are visually flagged at a glance, allowing the sales coordinator to triage the day’s outreach without scrolling through a list. A single click on Open Workspace takes the team directly into the full customer detail view with event requirements, reservation history, and AI-generated communications ready to act on.
