Our Model centralizes warehouse management across multiple locations—Operations, Quality Control, Logistics, and Strategic Reserve. Each warehouse tracks capacity, QC zones, and stock at rack-level precision.Inbound processes include purchase orders, receiving sessions, and QC gates, ensuring non-compliant materials are held before approval. Once cleared, the system suggests optimal storage locations.Outbound workflows handle allocation, picking, and shipment, with bundle-level tracking that preserves full traceability—even during cutting or partial usage.
Supplier Performance Insights
The platform also provides clear visibility into supplier performance. Teams can track lead time accuracy, late deliveries, and compliance scores in a dedicated analytics dashboard.
