The Inspections module serves as the central hub for all inspection records. It aggregates every inspection entry by client, displaying how many jobs are categorized as Upcoming, Present, Draft, or Completed. Clicking a client card opens a detailed breakdown of their inspection history, complete with category filters and individual report access. Each inspection record captures property address, city, inspection type, scheduled date, estimated cost, and AI-generated draft gap analysis—highlighting exactly which fields still need attention. Combined with the AI Report Generator and QA Audit tools available inside each job, InspectFlow ensures that no report leaves the system incomplete, helping firms maintain compliance and deliver professional-grade deliverables every time.
Our Experts and Teams
Our Experts and Teams page is the operational backbone of InspectFlow. It organizes inspectors into specialized teams—such as Team Alpha for commercial and pre-listing inspections, Team Bravo for new construction and utility testing, Team Charlie for luxury and drone roof inspections, and Team Delta for environmental risk detection. Each team card displays its members, assigned projects, skill tags, and live status counts for completed, in-progress, and upcoming jobs. A performance leaderboard ranks the top five experts across all teams based on recent activity, fostering healthy competition and accountability. Managers can toggle between an Experts view and a Teams view, drill into any team’s detailed modal, and instantly assess workload distribution before assigning new jobs.
