We created this project to modernize healthcare market research by transforming complex research workflows into a single AI-powered intelligence platform. Instead of spending weeks manually analyzing clinical pathways, market access barriers, competitor landscapes, and stakeholder research, teams can quickly convert raw research briefs into structured, actionable insights. The platform securely ingests client documents, analyzes clinical and market data, maps stakeholder journeys, generates AI-driven surveys, and produces regulatory-aware market intelligence reports. By combining research automation with explainable AI insights, it enables healthcare organizations to accelerate planning, improve decision-making, and deliver high-quality commercial recommendations with greater speed, accuracy, and compliance.
Knowledge Hub

At the core of the platform’s accuracy lies the Healthcare Research Knowledge Hub, a centralized repository designed to ground all generated insights in verified factual sources. This module acts as the structured foundation of the project, organizing research inputs across six specialized databases: the Client Request Database for tracking project objectives, the Research Methods Library for mapping methodological capabilities, the Certified External Dataset Index for pulling context from trusted databases like PubMed, the Client Evidence Repository for private strategy documents, the Market & Therapy Intel Database for clinical pathways, and the Respondent Panel Database, which hosts verified profiles of real stakeholders including specialist doctors, patients, and pharmacists. By housing these disparate data sources under a unified, RAG-enabled schema, the Knowledge Hub ensures that any downstream AI-generated reports are tightly coupled with authentic clinical, commercial, and demographic baselines, eliminating hallucination risks.
Market Insight AI Engine

Portfolio Advisor is the conversational layer for companies already in the book. Managers ask natural questions about progress, follow-on capital, exit readiness, and risk—such as which monitoring issues need immediate attention—and receive structured answers, not generic chat. Responses highlight urgent themes like short cash runway and revenue decline, flag critical names with severity and trend context, call out exit-watchlist candidates with weaker health scores, and separate medium-term compliance concerns from liquidity crises. Benchmarks such as average portfolio health and runway frame whether a company is an outlier, while suggested responses and IC-focused takeaways push the conversation toward cash preservation, bridge financing, GTM diagnostics, or exit and restructuring paths. Suggested follow-up prompts keep diligence moving, so Portfolio Advisor acts as an always-on co-pilot for triage, prioritization, and investment-committee preparation.
